Title Shin's Project Spoiler
E02 is loaded.
- 1ML is named "Jun's father" in 3ML's phone (reinstated detective). Where is Jun? What happened to Jun?
- 1ML is well-known and well-respected in many circles. Some positive, some neutral, some with reservations. To the point that, when they see him in a scene, they don't react immediately.
- A top (supreme court?) judge defers to 1ML.
- A top detective did not suspect him as the suspect, or a co-conspirator.
- A reinstated detective have deep respect for him.
- The 1FL is buddy-buddy with him.
- Everyone in the town defers to him.

Just who is Shin?

Based on the Korean title 신사장, it means "New President".

He cannot be the Korea's President, otherwise, he wouldn't be able to do what he is doing as everyone will know his real identity. Yet, a new judge, 2ML doesn't even know him.

So, the next in line is a company or organization President.

He is probably the President of a big group of companies who has a vision and started a project. Hence, in Korean the actual title is "New President Project".

OR, maybe, he has plans to run for the Presidency and his method is to be a grassroots citizen. Deeply embedding with communities. Slowly build relationships and rapport. Then announce his presidency for the next elections.

After all, the title is "New President Project" not "New President's Project".

A President who is truly for the people.

And everyone who knows him, at least the top ones like the Judge and the two detectives, probably are in his circle about the project. That is why the Judge defers to him, and the detective for the bomb case was so neutral. They know him too well but cannot reveal anything.

Maybe Jun was his dead son, and he started the "New President Project" because of him.

They are just waiting for the next elections. They're practically ready until he got involved in major cases.

The more they repeat how the daughter is a "spitting image" or SeRa, the more it hints she's actually her daughter.

If this happens to be the twist, it means SeRa succumed to the demands of the powerful just to get back in the industry but he did not follow suit after she gave birth. So, later, their last meeting was that flashback in the earlier episodes where she (adult version) saw him again and told him, "You are the reason why my life is destroyed! Bring back my life!" (paraphrased)

:: trying to piece things together since we don't know the sequence of the flashbacks.

Why was the ml avoiding her toward the end of ep 9 he keeps saying he will call her back
Apologies, I don't remember that scene. The uast scene was the ML at the toilet and the FL was knocking on his door while they were on the phone.

The plot is: hair extensions are the source of power.

awww leere looks so grownup, she graduated from "ypunger fl vr" to a 1fl 🥺❣
Exactly! She has a different charm now. Still lovely but different aura. Very much adult eden though she's only 19 currently.

That's how much she grew and improved. It's good she's diversifying too.

I hope her detracters see her as she is now.

We have a future Best Actress in the making!

It is actively marketed by Viu in ASEAN. Also, the ML alone is highly popular.

So glad this is on Viu (I just watch with a VPN… I like them more than Viki anyway, generally more accurate…
Yep. For ae affordable service, Viu does better in subtitle translations and dubbing quality, than most other OTT.

Hope this is a success in korea as i dont really see it becoming too hyped internationally, but thats somewhat…
Viu is marketing it.

Person Lee Re
Wow! I Re is taking on mature roles. Her acting in «Shin's Project» is different. Her expressions and delivery are better. Looks like we have a Best Supporting Actress in the making. Maybe even Best Actress one day.

Keep it up. I hope your detractors see your effort and improvement!

Title My Troublesome Star Spoiler
1. She was depressed.2. Her deep depression was the reason her sister is holding grudges and doesn't want her…
The only remaining question is this:

What happened between her depression and the second time she met the suspect?

- It was still the younger version during the flashback of her depression.
- It was the adult version in the flashback when she met the suspect after her recovery.

2000–2010 severe depression
2010–2020 recovery / transformation (to hide?)
2020–2025 she regained some semblance of life, like working in the cafeteria

Sometime before E01, she met the suspect at his home and blamed him for everything. They probably traced her and invited her to confirm it really was her.

After they confirmed it, since she went hysterical "YOU ARE THE REASON WHY MY LIFE WAS DESTROYED!" the suspect ordered to have her killed.

Now we're in the K-drama period.

E09 revelation.
1. She was depressed.
2. Her deep depression was the reason her sister is holding grudges and doesn't want her to return to acting AND why she's refusing for her daughter to do the same.
3. Years later, she recovered, and she found the powerful person who blocked her career (earlier episode flashback, the actor was present actor not the younger version).
4. The only memories she lost were the 25 years were she had severe depression and transformation, potentially trauma. (Initially, it was suspected the lost her acting memories after the first attempt on her life. But if she was in severe depression then it means she did not.)

Yes. I'm assuming yoy started late? A more specific answer to your question was revealed in E09.
She got deeply depressed.

In an earlier episode, she also met the person who destroyed her career, when she was older.

Basically, she crossed someone powerful, tried to kill her, and when she survived, that person made sure she can never return to the industry.

She got depressed. And after she recovered, she found the guy again.

Then they tried to kill her again.

They should give BongSik more scenes! Even without his Busan dialect, he knows how to make his scenes very funny. Truly a veteran actor.

Btw every time I saw Consort Kang, it reminded me she was a Gumiho lol
Same. Of all her roles, that one stuck. It was her best work so far.

Title Twelve
Just finished Twelve and honestly one of the worst dramas I’ve watched this year. Even the huge star cast couldn’t…
I originally gave it a 7 but after 10 minutes, lowered it to 6. Bothered me so much. LOL.

I mean, there's potential there. The premise is good. It were the scenes and choreography that failed. Oh, and character development, nothing made sense with them, like how is it they know nothing about fighting without their powers? 😅 Then as soon as they got their powers back, their body suddenly remembered how to fight. 😅

They're worse than game characters. In gaming, if a character gets a multi-class or rebirth, they retain the knowledge of their previous class, at least the basics, not the advance or specific ones.

But the Twelve? They forget everything without their powers.

Eden funnier was Dragon.

When her powers were returned she was still weak without the white orb thas wasn't hers from the beginning. So, what was really her power? Hahaha.

All she did was xontrol the wind before she became the vessel for the white orb. When her powers were remove, she can do the same powers after she became the vessel for the white orb.

When her powers were returned, being a Dragon and a vessel did nothing for her, all she can do was still a weak burst of wind.

WHAT THE POWERS!

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Dungeon Masters can do far better.
