It's good but it leaves a very terrible aftertaste 😂 I mean the last 2 minutes makes everything looks so dumb 🤌 all the drama and sadness you felt becomes too stupid because of it and the fact that it took Hanna that much to know the truth was actually quite hilarious 🤣 I enjoyed everything else, but I also wish it was a bit shorter, without the whole misunderstanding that lasted for the whole first half of the drama ... I don't know why I keep writing bad things about it while in fact I did enjoy it 🤦🤦 mainly it was saved by the cast and the leads chemistry because the story lost its shine with this end~~
This drama has everything, Romance, comedy drama fantasy mystery crime ... Etc. At some point you will find something you like. For me personally, it had so many twists and turns making it hardly boring and surprisingly good, even if it included some parts that I didn't like and characters that I found completely useless and added nothing to the main story. Be that as it may, and as someone who has been away from dramas for a while, I think this makes the perfect combination to put me back on track. I have to mention one more thing which is the two main leads and how great their performance is, this is the first time I've seen Lee Ji Ein in something and she blew me away, the way she switched her character subtly and with ingenuity was spectacular! This is highly recommended drama because even if it's not your cup of tea, you will probably still enjoy it ~
It's the worse part out of the two, not mainly because of anything bad but because it's a very short part that is stretched unnecessary into 6 episodes.
The whole thing was like a torment for Kou, not saying that he was the best, he had his ups and downs but I didn't like how the friends became pushy in the series than in the film, they were so supportive now everyone is being selfish like Narumi.
The whole series (2 parts) were overall lovely, I didn't like that they were split into two, probably that's why the second part was boring but I didn't hate it ~ I wouldn't recommend the series though, the movie was entertaining enough.
Cute and lovely, the last 3 episodes were kinda redundant despite being a relatively short drama. I had to shut my mind while watching because of some stuff here and there, but overall a very enjoyable drama ~
You know what really annoys me in BLs, is when you manage to get good actors with great chemistry and nice idea that can give you a good entertaining story ... Yet you fuck all this up with terribly written script.
I bet if I asked someone to sum the whole thing up, he'll get lost somewhere because it was a big mess. Had potential, but unfortunately even good performances couldn't save it for me, what made it worse was that I thought it's a light fluffy BL xD I didn't know what it was about when I started ~~
The fact that they will never even get any closer to the original one! 🥲
Homeschool Thai drama?? Do you mean high school dramas?? Or is that another genre? I'm relatively new to Thai dramas in general tbh. And they are my least favourite country after Japan and S.Korea but I'll be honest with you, that's mostly because I've seen some very enjoyable and entertaining Thai dramas, and saw a lot of super cringe and terrible dramas too, sadly the more famous genre or the most popular ones are not my cup of tea although I was tempted to watch them sometimes, like the slap/kiss with a lot of manhandling ones, or BL as you mentioned.
I'm a sucker for JBL but this was slightly too flat. I mean I like it, but it feels like it's missing something, something is off and despite being too short, I kinda wanted to skip to the end just to see how things will progress. Not bad, but it could be better ~
The fact that they will never even get any closer to the original one! 🥲
Well, I totally agree with you lol My original comment was about the confusion because the drama name, and come what may the probably bad Thai adaptation of sannen a-gumi would be much much better than Homeroom, the Japanese Homeroom is a story that should be buried and forgotten 😂😅 But same as you, I'm not that excited about this either ~~
Whatever. More importantly, put your review as spoiler. Be respectful to the people who are currently watching…
Uh ... Nope ... Cause I've seen a lot of comments with more details than what I said ... So nope I'll not add it as a spoiler, and if you don't like my comment, simply ignore it ~~
The first 7eps or so we're quite entertaining, so enjoyable that I actually didn't care if it was platonic bromance or direct BL, I enjoyed watching Day's character development Alas that didn't last that much and on the 11th ep he acted very childishly, same way he was in the beginning of the series ~~
It's actually stupid and sort of unnecessary to add the argument and the whole time skip part, I mean Mhok literally did everything a human being can do for Day , even better than his mum, and to just ignore everything he did because you have this silly rule of "No pity" is really dumb ~~
The fact that you made this rough bad boy treat a blind man with extreme delicacy and tenderness, and end up with a broken heart and abrupt happy end is just lame ~
The fact that they will never even get any closer to the original one! 🥲
That's for sure! But at least it's "sannen a-gumi" adaptation, not "homeroom" 😂🤷 If you watched both Japanese dramas you'll understand why this is waa~~ay better
I love jdramas, and I dare say they are the only dramas that I'd completely finish even if I find them boring -mainly because they are relatively short but anyhow - and this one was a copy of another 100 jdramas I've seen before ~
Started off super cringe, not to mention slightly creepy, the guy was literally in love with a child/teenager, and despite the idea of "fake marriage" everything intimate was according to the FL pace and she is an adult so yeah, I don't have a problem with that, people do a lot of shit at even younger ages, and this is fiction so nothing more to say ~~
The story however is very inconsistent, screams Manga and slightly have a lot of unnecessary dead fish kisses, but as I said, that was the needed amount of cringe I watch every now and then ~~
1.25x is the furthest I allow myself to go otherwise any other speed I can't seriously focus on it anymore...…
I salute your strong willpower, because I definitely couldn't finish it. In case I ever got interested in knowing how it ends, although it is very unlikely, I'll probably watch or read a recap.
If I to make a list of the slowest and most boring kdrama I've ever watched this would easily top the list. Don't get me wrong, the whole cast are amazing, the story is intriguing, but the execution and the pace.... My goodness!! It was terrible ~~ I've been trying to finish this drama for 3 years now .... 3 freaking years!!!! I just couldn't!! And I don't know why I can't even fast forward or skip because I feel like I'll miss something important in the story and then I'll have to rewind it.... I have nothing but love for the cast but I hate this drama ~~

Plus almost everyone agrees with me so, it's pretty obvious who is the one with the bad taste here ~~

But it's Thailand, you probably can expect any name tbh ~~
Oh I see ~~
