I didn't expect to laugh this much while watching a sad movie, it was hilarious 😂 I love how they ended it with good memories but the three friends were amazing, loved their friendship and while I didn't cry but I was so touched by the sneakers scene ❤️ it was so lovely, highly recommended you won't regret it ~~
Typical Japanese rom-com, it was fluffy and cute, I love Yuki ❤️ his smiles are rays of sunshine and the two leads were great, slightly awkward kissing with a few meh! Moments in the story but it doesn't matter much, it's still enjoyable! Highly recommended ~
Ok so I thought the end would mean anything, alas it was ridiculous, it's not that I care about who ends up with whom but seriously, the drama literally shot itself in the foot with this end. What is the point of showing an unhealthy marriage and moving a step closer to solving the matter by divorce then enter the toxic relationship all over again as if the whole drama didn't happen. All I learnt from this drama is if you got married to someone then you are enslaved into a relationship with him/her with no way out of it no matter how terrible he/she is and how bad your marriage turned out to be.
That was lovely, not quite what I expected but it wasn't bad, I kinda thought she did friend-zoned him for a meaningful reason instead they went for the cliché "I'm too scared to lose you if we break up one day so we'll just stay friends forever" also the trailer and the plot gave those vibes. As someone who friend-zoned a couple of my friends before, I have to say that THAT'S NOT HOW IT HAPPENS IRL!! I literally lost contact with those two later and the reason for refusing their feelings was quite deeper - won't say it, too personal - but anyway my point is, it doesn't always have to be this reason you know, plus she obviously had feelings for him earlier on, and that's the thing I never understood, why two people who love each other think about a future where they'll break up, it's like you enter any relationship with a mindset of breaking up one day! That's quite ridiculous imo. But to be fair, the movie was quite entertaining, enough for me to not drop it ~ I'd recommend it if you didn't mind the cliché story and the two odd leads~
"How to be selfish 101" the worst thing ever in any marriage is selfishness, if you only think about yourself in a marriage that is supposed to be about sharing your life with someone, then you are killing your partner slowly, Kaeda and Yõ did exactly this. Getting used to being loved by someone is so addicting that some people get too drunk and take that for granted. I absolutely loved that both got divorced, and like I said before I even care if Makoto and Michi got together, just saving those two poor souls from such a disastrous marriages is satisfactory enough for me ~
That was worse than I expected, I understand you want to tackle some serious issues but if the representation isn't interesting, no one will care, if you have to use entertainment as a weapon you have to use it correctly, otherwise it'll back fire at you, and that's exactly what this series did. I wish they work more on the actors choices and the overall plot I stead of adding some weirdly awkward NC scenes here and there ~
This was about to be one of my favourite BL because of Ki Tae but then Lee Wan appeared....they both are my most favourite character and worst character in any KBL I've ever seen, Ki Tae the best mentally stable, adorable and reasonable Main character ever!!! And Lee Wan is just the worst. I have to admit that I didn't like the main theme because it's repetitive but I accepted it because of how Ki Tae behaved toward Wan, the way he didn't vigorously approach Wan nor acted like a bitch towards him for leaving him back then, how he managed to control himself, didn't blame him though Wan was a total idiot! And at the same time he managed to mess with him innocently and get back on track with him after losing 7 years unnecessarily. On the other hand, Wan was really stupid, confess by yourself, get disappointed also by yourself, disappear with no trace then complain about heartache for 7 freaking years!!! The first rule of communication is...it happens between two people and they talk to each other, if you are going to do everything by yourself then fall in love with your right foot or something ~ You know I wouldn't complain that much if he didn't act like a broken hearted ass the whole time.
If I have to rate this it would be highly rated and recommended but wan was the thorn that pricks your finger when you touch a beautiful rose~
That had potential, but after I ended it I understood what all those comments were talking about...
I think they should have added "sci-fi" genre because this lack common sense in many scenes and a few unrealistic moments too, like the "kidnapping" scene when Young shim is in the car and then the guy driving suddenly and shockingly notice her after driving aimlessly and unnecessarily for a very long time when he could've just stop after a couple of miles to destroy the whole laptop, or just throw it on the road, but no no no he has to drive till the end of the earth to destroy the recordings.
I mean, I'm trying not to be harsh on this series but seriously some scenes felt too stupid to be real and they kept them just as they are. I also hated Wolseok!! Like what's her role!? What is she doing! It seems to me like Hyoyeon and her twin always picks the same Bitchy and annoyingly colourful characters that everyone hates and tries so hard to slow the two leads progress in anything without any reason for that, one of the scenes I didn't understand was the workshop thing!! Like why!? The two leads literally love together, you need the workshop to give them excuses to put the leads together but how couldn't they use the living together card except for one scene maybe!!
Another scene was at the end when the leads talk for 30 mins then oh my she noticed the teddy bear after he came too close almost touching to her! Didn't know the whole cast had low vision!! Not to mention, the whole two months breakup lol that was over the top and could be solved with one sentence, if you are going to throw everything in the garbage and come back to her you should have told her so and ask her to wait maybe! I don't think she would mind considering the whole "20 years and still haven't forgotten about you" thing
The main problem I had with this was the story, beside that everything ranges from acceptable to almost very good! But I really wish to see Song Hayeon in something good!! Please give her good script next time!!
What I love about most Japanese drama is that in most stories they present a character that lacks something and then meet another character that fill that void, it's beautiful, fluffy, and heartwarming really!and Tane was the cherry on top, he was super adorable 🥰 I also love when there is no hateful characters in the drama, all of them were lovely really feels like Utopia lol Be that as it may it was too simplistically done it felt unrealistic at some parts and this could totally fit as non BL really, at one point I somehow wanted them to not only depend on each other and you know, meet other people but Yutaka has said a lot that he has friends and knows a lot of people yet they showed him as a very silent introvert so I wanted him to be more open so I'm glad they added that part at the end. Highly recommended ~
Holy mother of plot holes, incomprehensible situations and not to forget weird visual effects. I had a lot of "WTF was that!?" Moments that I ended up understanding nothing at all after the series ended!! I really wanna have a meeting with all those writers just to ask them what is the story!? It's not so confusing but it has a billion twists and turns and not in a good way, also a whole hell of a lot of holes I have to say that if it wasn't for Tor I probably would have dropped this, he was amazing here even with the weird story and oddly written character. That been said, it wasn't a terrible series, just confusing more than anything and maybe with more development it'd be great.
I hundred percent get your pint, after reading the summary I was like "when will some poor male candy, meet a…
I'm down for the cute bubble stupid ML!! 🙋🙋🙋I want a dorky character who gets in trouble and piss off the FL who have a cool resting bitch face 24/7 😂 The "strong and emotionally independent woman" genre is used in some dramas but still somehow ends up being a "too weak but have to fake being strong" character.
he doesn't seem cold and uncaring at all, the synopsis is strange
Oh well, if he is really "Cold" he won't be the ML, it's probably the idea that sells, I'm sure the plot gonna be about 50% different from what is written here.
exactly, I'm so sick of those characters.... I mean I want a sweet and caring gentle ML and cold smart FL with…
There are a lot of dramas with this category as well, but they sometimes overdo it or just end up with ML being the hero and saves the FL from something 😂
the thing is why does it have to be Cold character Vs gentle sweet character. There are plenty of other adjectives that can be shown.
The story reminds me a good deal of "Restart after come back home" no wonder I found it in the suggestions, I liked that movie and that's why I'm excited for this, I hope it'll be as good ~
"Although he seems cold and uncaring, he actually has a warm heart, and is suffering due to a traumatic childhood incident."
This sums up 99% ML's character in every single Asian drama, I'm not complaining but I don't know, if there is another character combination existed I wish to see it ~~
- I know this is generalized a little bit you get my point 😉-

It's a story or a cat and a mouse and who cheats on whom then BAM! Nothing is real .... Alright then ....
