This movie was amazing, the end got me scratching my head a little because I didn't know why Akira did that and what actually happened to his family? And if he really changed his identity then what happened to both families his and Rie's.
Also the fish tank scene was kinda brilliant lol you hide a lot between the lines ~~
Overall deserve all the hype despite being slow and slightly long than it needs to be but not boring or anything ~~

Not great but not so bad either, I'd say average, I've seen better for sure but this was nice.
Cast is relatively new so I understand why their acting was mediocre but the big problem was the rushed end for me, and the how everything was easily and shallowly solved xD but with most Japanese drama you give your brain a break while watching so I've nothing more to say xD

Didn't really like this one, maybe it's just me but I don't think they fit each other, the age gab is not just a number, he obviously lack maturity and I think the reason she wants to get married is to get a stable life since she absolutely lacks nothing, and she stated at the very beginning that she had enough love and playing, so if he wouldn't give her that stability then what is the point of marriage.

That was a very bad movie and by that I mean the story and characters, it's too difficult to like a very hateful and annoying leads even if the actors did great portraying them, they are just terribly selfish and self centered.
I don't fully understand the message here, are you talking about fate, or first love that lasts forever, TBH no one stays this long in love with their first love, SPECIALLY If you are in a relationship with a good person who treats you well, if you just dump that person like trash once you see a glimpse of the person you once liked them you are trash yourself and you definitely need help.
I also like how they added his sister "problem" to the story to show that cheating is really destructive and when it happens to nice people it changes them yet the reason for making the leads do exactly that is a mystery to me.
Long story short, if you haven't seen this one, skip it, it's not worth it ~~

That was really disappointing, even my favourite couple could not save it, the only thing I liked was uncle Taegu with the cutie Minseo beside that everything was really bad ~

I watched this drama almost 20 years later and I generally love it, despite hating Sae, she was so self centered and annoying, I feel sorry for Kei he deserves better, she treats him and her "best friend" so terribly and her being deaf has nothing to do with how horrible and annoying she was.
I liked the side characters but I wasn't so convinced of their friendships, they were horrible sometimes specially towards Keita, but overall it was enjoyable drama and 8f it wasn't for the young faces of the cast I wouldn't believe this was 20 years ago.

I think it's as Arab thing, not a Muslim thing, the stereotypical idea that all Arab are rich and from the gulf area therefore spend all their money on pleasures is what I'm talking about here.

I totally understand your POV since you belong to the majority of the arabs, but I believe some arabs could be Muslims, Christians and even atheists that's beside my the point since it wasn't explicitly mentioned that he was Muslim.

Depends, I became a fan after he played a villain in the girl who sees smells, some would say chief Kim is his best, it has a boring story but his acting with junho was marvelous, can also say his character in beautiful gongshim was one of my favs. so it really depends, you can check his dramas, read some comments and decide for yourself ~

That was amazing, the end was sliii~~ightly anticlimactic but it was still enjoyable,

Cast was great, I do not know why I felt Minhyuk a little younger for his role however, the guy is already in his 30s, still looks like a teenager but we can't have that against him lol, also I loved most of the cameos despite missing about 90% of the actors that are mentioned in the cast list lol and I have a good eye I even shouted "KYU SSAEM!!!" At my screen when I saw him but probably most of them were blink and you'll miss it Guests.

Story was the best, it was so addictive and interesting , each EP leave you hooked for the next except for as I said the end, nevertheless it was very enjoyable from the beginning till the end.

This was nice, I liked it despite the terrible subs. And though the chemistry was great and I really enjoyed the interaction between the two leads but I think this should have ended on ep15/16 Max. The rest was so draggy and totally unnecessary that I skipped most of it.
I haven't yet to find a Chinese drama that doesn't drag a bit, even my favourite ones have an unnecessary scene or two, if not a whole EP or even more. But this one was good enough that I only skipped a little at the end.

I liked Wayha and Wayu ,,, probably the only thing I liked about this drama ...

I binge watched this drama in one sit because I really liked it, be that as it may I had a few moments when I went "really!?" Because They made everything seem difficult but they solved every problem so easily
I also like how it wasn't heavy drama like I don't feel down after watching it despite having a lot of sad moments.
One thing that bothered me, I understood the age differences between the characters but I didn't really believe it, I wouldn't change any of the cast for the world but not in a million years I'd see HyeSun younger than BoHyun by 8 years or more. They definitely look around the same age. Moreover Yoonkyung is also supposed to be older than HyeSun here but she looks younger than all the 4 leads and that's probably the main thing that bothered me while watching, still, I was able to enjoy it because of their performances, the cast were amazing and everyone played his role perfectly as I said I wouldn't change a thing.
I don't know if I would recommend it, for me it's a one time watch and nothing more but I think people should give it a try.

I don't really care about this matter but I remember that there was another Korean drama that had a vigorous backlash after they represented an Arab that drank alcohol and was flirty with women, while there are many arabs who drinks and flirts, they are apparently the exception, if you are going to represent them, choose the rule not the exception, which means the majority that don't drink or flirt, and I know it's fiction and everything but this coming from an Asian country that their people till this day gets furious about the idea of people calling them "Chinese" and "Chinamen" or that they all look like eachother without even trying to respect them and ask where they are from, and I'm saying this because I literally faced a situation like that just recently, so I understand if Arabs got angry about it or find it offensive/prejudiced.
My point is if it's a grey area but it would make a group of people angry why couldn't they just step out the stereotypical concept of making all Arab rich and wear this weird head thing and drink alcohol. It's not the first time so for me, they saw that coming, it's like shooting yourself in the foot.

That was a big let down, even hot kisses and making out won't save it, and I'm saying this not because that's my mainly focus while watching or anything, but because in the last 3 ep they were full of making out scenes between the leads as if they found out that they started to lose views and people's interests so they crammed hot scenes in the last 3 EPs to get people's attention and it's quite funny that they added a "fake kiss" scene between Poppy and Zo while Man was sucking up Ben's esophagus in more than one scene.
This was a very boring office drama, and I can't even call it BL, because BL is not having two leads who happens to be gay and just observe their boring daily life till they somehow miraculously fall in love. This also had quite a few unnecessary crying scenes lol like whenever someone's feelings are slightly hurt he cries in a corner 😂 I know some people are emotional more than others but for me it was a tad too much 🤣
Anyway I tried to like this but unfortunately I didn't like it.

Story was seen in 1000 movie/drama before but as an avid Taiwanese BL fan I'm definitely gonna watch it 👍👍👍

This was too sweet, I really loved everything about this movie except maybe for her mother, also I like how they showed his kindness and love by doing little stuff for her, she would be a country bumpkin trying to fit in and he'd, you know turn on a lampshade for her or ask her to eat comfortably in restaurants and just be herself.... He was so precious, probably one of my favourite ML characters ever.
Highly recommended for a light and cute love story.

I kinda expected more from this, personally It's quite difficult to like a drama if I don't like the characters or the story in general, and in this drama it was so hard for me to relate to them, ironically enough, I have the same mentality of the FL concerning marriage yet I couldn't relate to her at all. Also the great revelation in ep9 was totally unnecessary, same with some other moments in the story.
Anyway, I can't say it was bad but for me it was Meh!! And I definitely not gonna watch this again ~

I wasn't trying to lecture you, ☺️I was just saying if you watch other movies you would understand why I didn't like this one, but we all have different tastes so 🤷

You know you are a hardcore Japanese rom-com fan when you read this plot before in like 5-6 other dramas yet you are going to watch it still 😂
