Actually the name change sounds good. When I google searched for this drama, the korean drama kept popping up.

Do you even know about wuxia movies. Special erfects are used to show off the internal energy, martial arts in wuxia is not making fist to fist contact martial arts that you think about. Also stop bringing stuff here from the douban when the movie is not even released internationally.
Also people who support this movie already knew that this movie was not going to be the box office champion especially since it was against strong sequels. Seeing it get good reviews and good enough box office is enough for us.

Seriously the movie has been out for one day and only released in chinad and hong kong and already people are rating it low on here and ibdmb

I see. The storyline and the acting might not have been the best, but the movie is enjoyable and was a box office sucess, which is what matters mainly.

I would like to disagree that his first movie, Zhu Xian was not successful. It made 400 million box office on a 40 million budget. It also won the mid autumn championship so by all accounts it did well very well for a small budget film.

The cast has to be updated here. Wanda Margaf is not in the cast

Is this drama set in the ming dyansty or a drama inspired by the ming dynasty like The Double was inspired by the Song dynasty. Am aksing cause while the men's clothing looks set in theming dynasty, the women's especially Zhang Jingyi's do not look like ming dynasty clothes.

I mean her brother. Cause earlier they mention that lady ok has a brother but they don't show him.

Halfway through episode 9 but why can't lady ok's grandmother or her brother help her out. Are they dead?
