I’m watching it on kissasian. Brothers are cool both with different personalities. So far the FL is also cool, strong and can fight. but CZY’s character has her wrapped around his finger lol. I skipped some parts in the first two episodes because it was a bit boring. For now I’m enjoying it i guess. I need to give a try to Tan Jianci’s dramas too. :D

I understand that part too. The bigger the fandom, bigger the conflicts. But it’s such a great novel so I get sad when people don’t appreciate it to the extent it deserves you know. Yes, hopefully the actors will have a gain from this drama.
I started watching another drama of Chen Zhen Yuan, and his acting is pretty amazing. ☺️ Except his role is too different to Chang Geng’s character, so now I’m really curious to see how he will handle this role.

This is actually pretty accurate because SPL is one of Priest’s most popular works but WOH got a lot of attention despite it being based on a less popular novel of hers. So I also think the timing of airing is important. Even people who are not fans of the original novel will get drawn to WIK while waiting for other BL adaptations like the Eternal Faith. Either way the airing time of Immorality and WIK shouldn’t overlap. Tencent probably also want WIK to get as much attention as possible, even if it’s not to the extent of Immortality.

Yes me too. If Immortality is airing in August I think it’s better for SPL to air at the beginning of the next year, when Immortality hype is a little down. This way both dramas will enjoy their limelight without being overshadowed. Well, i say that but it’s more likely for SPL get overshadowed by immortality than the other way around.
