Shi Xia is the sister of Shi Dong. Hou Chi is her love interest.
Hou Chi is a rival of Shi Dong and at first he also wants to have Shi Xia as a sister but he is slowly falling for her. He is just very inexperienced and pure because he lived in seclusion all of his life. She is a little more aware of her feelings and refuses to call him brother. He also gets a little jealous sometimes. So I am sure that there will be more romance later.

Actually, this scene didn't bother me that much, maybe because of the acting. The Sunshot Campaign on the other hand, I had it in my mind as a really big event which all the big clans took part, but it seemed like only 5 people were fighting in a really empty space! It as been a while since i saw it but that is the feeling i was left with. Still, this drama is one of my favourites and I really do think it's worth watching!
If i remember correctly the first episodes were more light but after it became more serious and sad. But of course there is no need to focre yourself to finish it.
