Not sure if you would like this one since the premise and most of the drama revolves around the 'sister' concept. But it's quite endearing and sweet to watch these 2 together. The ML has never met a woman before and doesn't know what a 'sister' is and the FL does not see him as a brother and is more aware of her feelings. From my point of view, even if he calls her 'sister' they don't really act as siblings it's just that he is so naive and doesn't know the difference between sister and a lover. I think it's worth having a look and see if it's something you would like.
Update: After watching Ep12 we might get a side couple in Shi Dong (Shi Xia's brother) and Bai Li (Immortal Aunt Qiu Li) Also, in Ep 19 there is a small hint that we might have a side couple on Qing Feng (the crossdressing female from the academy and friend of Shi Xia) and Yi Yaogua (the discipline from the academy who worships Hou Chi and caused a lot of problems)
