I have seen to ep 5 (the ending scene wow first time I have been impressed by SSH acting) and I am enjoying it whilst trying my best to ignore the plotholes tralalalalala
Park Shi Hoo's first drama after his hiatus/scandal (Local Hero) was a dismal effort. The writing was bad but also I didnt find PSH acting convincing. So it was with some trepidation that I started My Golden Life, and at first he was awkward but by ep 14 he was back to his stellar form of The Princess Man days. The subtle change in his expression/eyes when Ji Soo called him oppa for the first time was brilliant.
So far (up to ep 8) I have not seen Jin Jin without full face make up & salon hair in every single scene shes been in. Even though her character is an actress it still seems unrealistic. I wonder if this is the actress's preference. I remember her being dolled up to the nines all the time in Madame Antoine too.
I was hesitating with this one (as had an overdose of JSM in Father is Strange) but I loved the first ep. From the hilarious cameos to the wonderful awkward male lead character fab!
Not sure how I feel about this one just saw first 2 eps. Its good to see Kim Ji Suk getting a main role and I like friendship dramas. However I am not keen on the female lead. I just never warm to this actress. In every drama of hers I have seen she gives off this "rich entitled b****" vibe which makes it difficult for me to like/relate to her.
The Mother of all Makjangs. This one was the most ridiculous over the top melodrama I have seen. It was entertaining even though it had every cliche and the kitchen sink thrown in XD I gave it a 7/10
Also anyone else fearing the power of suggestion? I have "bissimida" running through my head XD
