Apparently, I'm INTJ (although I also sometimes get INTP).

My favourite INTJ character is Gandalf. Disturbingly, a lot of villains seem to be INTJ.

Most costume Kdramas are also longer than that though. Especially if fantasy elements are involved.

I agree with leaving the romance of Song Han and An Su out. It felt very superficial, because there's no time to develop it properly. Song Han is definitely mentally unstable. His reactions are not normal.

For me Blossom slowed down around episode 20 and picked up again around episode 25, so overall the pacing was good.

I felt sad for Ming'er, because she was not the same person that did all the bad things in the previous life seeing as Dou Zhao going back ended up changing her life right from the beginning. I never warmed up to Wei Ting Yu. He was a useless, spineless, arrogant and weak man that didn't deserve her, so I didn't really care about his ending. I just wish it happened faster.

I also never ended up caring about the romance between An Su and Song Han. Not sure if it's because it didn't have time to develop or because neither of the actors left an impression on me.

The main couple and their story was the highlight of the drama and I actually liked that for the most part the plot remained focused on them.

The Blossoming Love will be my next drama after Are You The One. I'm just waiting for more episodes to air. Moonlight Mystique will be right after that.

Can you imagine a Xianxia drama that's only 12-16 episodes? They are already having trouble with cutting it to 40 episodes. It looks like if the decision is actually made and put into practice, we're going to have costume dramas with 4-6 seasons and with the other regulations they have, there'll probably be at least a year between the seasons. Just thinking about it is making anxious.

That would be a horrible decision. It usually takes costume dramas about 10 episodes just to introduce the characters and the world and the issues.

They really did. It was a feast for the eyes. The cast also did a great job looking elegant. I would probably trip all over the place.

Agreed. I love darker colours, so I was loving all the demon clothing.

Not the first one I've seen, but I always like it when the weapon is something other than a sword.

I loved the umbrella. Just the fact that they gave her an umbrella as a weapon was fun to watch.

I really like Pian Ran's red outfit. It's gorgeous and fits her personality so well.

I also love TTJ outfit from the first episodes where he was kneeling in the snow. It's simple, but beautiful.

I also love the outfit he wore for 500 years looking for YXW. This one is also on the simple side, but so gorgeous.

I'll stop now. I feel like I'm listing all the clothes from the drama.

They were preparing everything for when his uncle arrives at the palace, but he was killed on the way, so their schemes ended up being for nothing.

TTJ and PR certainly had some fun interactions.

Goblin had some really funny scenes. I loved the interactions between GY and LDW.

As much as I love HMH's umbrella, LYR did the best job posing 😋
