It doesn’t make sense. She’s a much-loved sweetheart and a tremendous actress—a true gem of the industry.
Of course, love.

Now the whole romanticizing the infidelity shit make sense
The majority of K-dramas are written by women, mate-including majority of the best, award-winning ones🤣 Don't lose shit over poorly written one...

U guys know why did the story like this and the ml really simp ass h*le? Bc the screenwriter was female 😂
90% of screenwriters in K-drama are women, and some of the best dramas out there are written by 'females' -as you lovingly put, Dave... Unfortunately, this drama is poorly written and you’re just taking it personally, as if you’re the one being cheated on. Relax. Majority do not excuse cheaters, do not pay attention to the minority.
On the other hand, welcome to the women’s experience. Look at Hollywood (not only apparently) and how it depicts female characters: as subhuman accessories to their male counterparts in various instances. It feels pretty crappy, doesn’t it, Dave? Frankly, it feels shit to be on the receiving end, right? Bless you.

No it wasn't marketed as a Christian drama. There might be a religious overtones but they are of no consequence…
No worries, I get you :)Thank you, love. Likewise, Happy drama watching !

Why the hell do you men love to be so dramatic in this comment section? 🤣😭
Because they particularly hate being cheated on and betrayed, despite being the gender often said to cheat and betray the most-which is a bit ironic. There are clear double standards. The comment section probably gives many of them a taste of their own medicine.
I must stress that I treat all genders—male and female—the same when it comes to watching p0rn while in relationship , lusting after someone else, and emotional or physical cheating, so no one can accuse me of taking sides. But I’ve noticed how many of them are up in arms and disgusted when a female lead cheats on a man.-they take it very personally, yet forget how often they try to excuse the same behaviour when the roles are reversed.
It sucks, doesn’t it? Being cheated on and betrayed. It hurts, doesn't it. Very interesting. Too bad, this drama is poorly written.

Question: Was this marketed as a Christian drama? Not that I am against it as it has angel in the title. Just…
No it wasn't marketed as a Christian drama. There might be a religious overtones but they are of no consequence as they have nothing to do with a real life Christianity/Catholicism. There's so much misinformation and fallacies in there.. it is clear that the series is a pure fantasy. No human can become angel for example. We are separate entities :D

I've only gotten through E5, but it seems there's more religious proselytizing than actual plot. I noticed the…
There is nothing in this series that would make me-or anyone, I reckon-convert, as its depiction is so inconsequential, misguided, and frankly- false. So far, every South Korean film or series with a Christian /Catholic plotline or subplot has depicted the religion incorrectly, with a lot of misinformation and some very dubious takes. It makes me laugh as I was brought up in a Catholic household in a majority Catholic country.
I wouldn’t call it religious proselytizing, but rather the spread of religious misinformation instead. No worries, though: this series has only vague religious connotations, and has merely some religious elements that drive the plot. Still, it doesn’t make much sense in the end and is completely inaccurate and inconsequential... and not religious at all. It is just a pure Fantasy.

Person Seo Kang Jun
Cmon, he's not 52.
Meaning he is just 33. There's barely any difference between mid-20 to 40 nowadays. Everyone looks very young from my perspective in that age bracket. We can talk about aging like a fine when he reaches late 40s ,early 50s :) Though, I am sure he's gonna look stunning.Bless you.

Since the comment section is basically a FL hate train plus ML pity party, you made me want to pinpoint all the…
The ML is desperate and has no boundaries, but that doesn’t make him a bad person. Of course I pity him-he doesn’t go around causing chaos or sabotaging everything.Of course , he is doing damage in his own way but it is not as sleazy to me.
Whether their relationship was already doomed before she cheated on him doesn’t excuse her shitty behaviour. It’s simple. So far, she’s flawed and morally bankrupt-that doesn’t make her a devil, but it does make her an unlikable character—someone we may have a hard time relating to.
I try to hold men and women to the same standards. If a man cheats-whether he’s addicted to p0rn, lustfully watches other women, pines for someone else, or, like the FL, cheats both physically and emotionally-I consider him trash. Sorry, but I’m not going to excuse her just because she’s lost. They’re both broken, but I’m definitely willing to give the ML more grace. Hope they separate before they make even more damage to each other. That's all. Anyway, I have dropped this drama cause it reminds me too much of a soap.

It is interesting how many of us do not listen to our body/intuition . We often associate 'butterflies' for an attraction./excitement but the "butterfly" sensation in the stomach is actually a sign that your body has activated its fight-or-flight (stress) response. It recognizes that something might be wrong. I personally try to listen to my nervous system , if it fires up like that continuously it is no good for me... in other words if a man does not have a calming effect on me , does not make me feel secure - I do not engage further. It is just :... RUN! The FML just seeks chaos and keeps self-sabotaging. It is odious considering how lovely her partner is. Too bad he has no boundaries.

Please give me ML-I’ll cherish him for life. You can call him a simp or a dull character, but to me, he’s a rare gem. I'd never let him go.
I’m sorry, but this drama really is a slop. The writing has been genuinely poor so far. I stuck with it as long as I could, but I’ve finally decided to drop it for good. I just feel sorry for the actors, especially Seo Kang-joon.
