She's got this mature kind of beauty that is so rare to find in dramas nowadays . Very dynamic as an actress, joy to watch and admire. Wish you all the best Queen ❤️Happy Birthday!
I love this drama. The first part was hilarious, super funny, and highly entertaining-Hye Ri and Miss Ex-Fox in particular made me laugh. The second part became more emotionally charged. Their chemistry was fantastic and felt very genuine and intimate. All the characters were lovable, except for Sun Woo, the third wheel, who kept being spoiled, entitled, and pestered the female lead almost to the bitter end. Re-watched this one many times. Jang Ki Yong for life -the most alluring fox I have ever seen.
I've watched it many times, it's one of my favourites. I appreciate the subtle metaphysical and philosophical touches-everything is interconnected, and there are many lessons to be learned throughout their journey. The main leads have great chemistry. Seo In Guk as Doom looked so sad and lonely yet so beautiful. I love otherworldly characters! I was a bit frustrated with the love triangle involving the second leads, especially Hyeon Gyu, who kept running away from facing almost everything-including himself. He seemed quite harmless, but his indecisiveness and self-placating choices actually caused the most damage to both the people closest to him and himself. There are many fantasy romance dramas around but this one hit different and as far as I have learnt many people couldn't decipher the meaning behind the symbolism and character's choices in this drama so they deemed it slightly chaotic and even incomprehensible in some instances. But if you watch it closely, reflect on it and check some info about the drama if you're confused, the story actually appears to be quite neat and straightforward.
Sounds great! If he's chosen this project, it's probably going to be exceptional. He's such a brilliant actor, and it's always a pleasure to see his lovely face again. He can effortlessly pull off both cute and psychotic roles in equal measure. Just like Yoon Shi Yoon.
The story feels overly predictable, relying heavily on overused tropes, clichéd character archetypes, and familiar story progression. There's little to look forward to,- nothing feels fresh or engaging. The main character's behaviour is also stereotypical-they didn't bring anything groundbreaking or intriguing to the role. Overall, it's a decent drama that serves as simple entertainment to pass the time out of boredom. It's quite pleasant, but that's about it.
I appreciate your opinion as well. Personally, I don't concern myself with the age gap or believe that having a child later in life is necessarily selfish, it's none of my business. I love the actor ,I am happy for him. From a scientific perspective, fragmented or non-active masked genes can still be passed on to a healthy child and may influence their future offspring, which is quite fascinating. I presume this could be a factor behind many different diseases. In the future, we may be able to edit faulty genes using CRISPR-Cas9 technology. I believe they have already made progress in Japan, where they removed an extra copy of chromosome 21 that causes Down syndrome.Widespread clinical application will still take some time though I presume. Congratulation on your cute, spicy granddaughter. May your daughter's pregnancy be blessed.
This drama is like a warm embrace- something that’s hard to put into words but feels deeply familiar and nostalgic. It captures the art of longing, noticing, and loving beautifully. A true gem, a masterpiece of the genre. Whenever I feel depressed, lost, or empty, I turn to watch Hidden Love ,it gives me hope for a better tomorrow. Sometimes, unusual things have the power to heal our souls and minds.
because she is relatively young - look at the recent studies- the older woman is the younger man she should seek for a relationship if she wants to have healthy children. the myth perished,-men's sperm degrades and genetically fragments in their mid 30s ,that's all.
Hey so 10/10 drama but I need help finding a specific song out of ep 1 so spoilers ahead. The scene were Hwa Jin…
As far as I know, they haven't released (BGM) instrumental soundtrack featuring various artists for Teach You a Lesson yet. I'm not sure if they even plan to do so. Some series are only available with the main songs from the OST. There are probably fan/user curated playlists with unreleased music on YT though.
Another masterpiece I will never get tired of. I wish they made six seasons of it . Fantastic series I love to re-watch, even though I know how the story progresses and ends. It is so well written and well paced, and free from plot holes, as far as I am aware. An outstanding piece of cinematography and one of my favourite characters ever created. I hope to see more high-quality, intriguing mystery thriller drama series like this, but there has been so little of them lately. Someone mentioned in the comment section that one of the reasons why it is so good is the attention to detail - I wholeheartedly agree. There's that and a lot of missing pieces we uncover throughout the series. I truly appreciate this, as I love when a story is well-researched and believable. Few series or films are like that.
This is fiction, you know? In imagination, everything's possible.
Yes, I completely understand that this is fiction, mate. It's just poorly executed if I have trouble immersing myself in it. They should label it as 'fantasy element' or 'scientifically improbable' or 'science fiction' .I think I've seen the "switching faces with plastic surgery" trope in films and dramas way too many times I guess. ..
I see a lot of people raving about this drama, but I can't take it seriously when they try to convince me that you can switch faces with someone else through plastic surgery. It's not realistically possible to look identical or even close enough to fool others. Even when you alter your nose -in most cases it is visible. Your body frame, height, ear shape, and overall bone structure need to match closely to fool people. The voice would have to be the same as well. To me, it's too far-fetched. I understand if the story had some fantasy elements, but honestly, I can't immerse myself in it because both actors look nothing alike, making a face swap through plastic surgery seem implausible.
A quintessential comfort drama wrapped in a fluffy snowball. A cosy slow-burn romance that doesn’t actually feel slow, thanks to the electrifying chemistry between the leads from day one. I wish all of you ladies and gentlemen the chance to meet a man who gazes at you with so much loving admiration and longing, just like the ML (Leo Wu) does with the FL. His intensity was captivating(initially he seemed a bit distant and slightly creepy, but very quickly, you realise he’s fallen in love at first sight). Watching him was almost intoxicating, he stared at her as if he wanted all of her at once. Such a mesmerizing character. The actor didn’t need many words to steal my heart. He is fabulous! I wish every woman could find a man like that. The way he treated FL like a precious treasure was the greenest flag of all. Not much drama , heart-warming and lovely altogether.
This series is incredibly beautiful, yet devastatingly sad. One litre of tears—indeed, and a thousand of a sleepless nights cause her story will haunt you. It still haunts me after all these years as it was so impactful. I highly recommend watching it, as it allows you to truly appreciate your life and view any difficulties from a completely different perspective. A truly sobering experience.
I just wanted to say that I have watched it three times and I just discover more and more details. A masterpiece.
Same here-I keep rewatching some of the scenes. They strike right in the feels and are truly worth remembering. So poignant, so real, and deeply touching.
