It could be heavily infested with AI-generated content, or perhaps they relied so much on AI during post-production that it gives an uncanny, unsettling vibe. I fear this may be the future of K-dramas-everything driven by cost-cutting measures. Maybe it's a mix of actors performing and AI-generated elements or actors partially AI generated to save money or time , or both ....nonetheless, it feels creepy, and our human brains recognise the deception. Subconsciously, it triggers a sense of unease in us. Add to that some questionable writing and you will get some overall weird experience, hehe.

He didn't die in the end, though. At least, they didn't show his demise. The story ended on a hopeful note, suggesting that we can only hope that people suffering from this disease will continue to fight and live as long as they can. One day, medicine might make an unexpected breakthrough and develop a life-changing treatment. So cheer up ,please :) But I know what you mean, the tendency of J-dramas to break our heart and spirits is well documented hehe
This is a fantastic horror/supernatural series with an impeccable cast. I just wish we had more quality dramas like Revenant or The Guest. Both are superb-perfectly creepy and unsettling, with great cinematography ,storytelling ( very neat) and atmosphere.
I love this film. It’s very stylised, with dim lights& colourful neon accents, aquariums, neo-noir vibes, beautifully framed shots, and fluid action. The soundtrack is superb! The story isn’t complicated or anything new- I would say that the overall atmosphere and emotional intensity are the main focus of the movie. I love it, love it. It’s one of my favourites that I enjoy re-watching. Trigger: lots of violence as tags suggest , quite brutal Kill Bill kind. Nonetheless , I recommend!

I think you might be mistaken. He was interested in her well before her plastic surgery. He was immune to superficial beauty and had to constantly prove that he didn't care about others' opinions. He was often frustrated by people's shallowness. Meanwhile, the female lead was still being led by her insecurities and doubts. The drama didn't send a negative message at all, considering realities of South Korean's society (some things will be difficult to change when 'lookism' has always been an issue) and I agree it may not have conveyed everything as effectively as it could have, but it definitely didn't glorify plastic surgery as a means to change one's life. I am so sorry it didn't make you feel that way. Hope you found more efficient way to heal yourself. I really do.
I didn't expect to enjoy it so much. I was instantly sucked in hehe. Everything felt so well-balanced and a pleasure to watch. I thought I would be mostly irritated and frustrated ( even raging as I do in many cases) by some of the individual choices or their actions, but instead, I was pleasantly surprised by the character development and the warmth I felt while watching. There is so much love and hope conveyed in this series. It definitely deserves a slightly higher rating.
He might have found his particular niche or simply enjoys playing diverse characters. I applaud his choices. Perhaps he will be considered for more films and become an A-list film actor who isn’t afraid of challenges. I, for example, first knew him from Reset and Mobius before seeing him in First Frost. I appreciated him even more in the thriller genre with a touch of romance. Of course, it would be wonderful to see him in another melancholic romance like the FF drama, as he was irresistible in that role. But I think he knows what’s best for himself-maybe popularity isn’t his main priority. Don’t worry, true connoisseurs will cherish his work and never forget him. I am definitely his fan now and will watch whatever he produces.
Can't wait for this one! Lee Do Hyun has a knack for choosing brilliant scripts-whatever he touches turns to gold. I absolutely adore him!He is such a good actor and a joy to watch. I don't know I just love his face so ,so much. And there is our forever grim reaper hehe Lee Soo Hyuk, his sophisticated presence will definitely add to the drama. Never seen Sin Si A but she seems lovely and many praise her a lot for her acting . I am very excited to see her as well.

Come on, that's definitely a matter of personal preference. She is widely recognised as the queen of romance because of her incredible chemistry with almost every male lead in her dramas. No one can deny it-at least, that’s the consensus in Korea. Please stop criticizing her looks, it’s unbecoming, shallow, and petty. There must be a reason why she's experimenting with beauty procedures more and more , and I can only assume it has nothing to do with vanity but something else..something much darker. Let her live, she probably struggles a lot. Wishing you a good day or night!
What a gorgeous man! What a irresistible voice he has... and his acting range is incredible-darn, he's superb! Absolutely mesmerising. He’s truly the cream of the crop. I hope he will bless us with more film and drama projects to look forward to. He still has plenty of time though.
