you can't see it because it's censorsed and that's the whole point of censorship so i'm not sure what you're getting at. that being said, there's something called coding, that is when you can't show something directly you subtly insert little details here and there for those who understand the code, in this case us viewers familiar with the oeriginal work and the essence of their relationship there. you can enjoy your show both ways and there's no need to find fault in how one experiences the drama

ep4 : i was terrified for the man with an aneurysm 😭 the approach was light but the tension and anxiety were still palpable and totally understandable on his part. i feared the worst but i'm glad the show didn't go there. another strong episode as the plot thickens. now onto ep5!

yes, i'd love to see more details about it. tho it's been a while since the accident, for her it's still new as she learns about her condition literally every single day, it would make sense to see her try a few things to prevent it, if only momentarily. or maybe she did and noted it on her diary? 🤔
talking about the diary, i also can't help thinking how the more she lives, the more data she will have on there and at some point it will certainly become too much to simply catch up on in the morning before going to work. how does one keep track of 2 years worth of memories from written notes? i should probably stop thinking too deeply and just enjoy the show 😅

does sleeping at night sort of reset her memory or is there an imaginary clock in her head that does that when it's been 24 hours? i can't help thinking about what if she pulls an all nighter and see if there's a switch that turns off and she suddenly forgets the last day or if she can remember if her consciousness isn't interrupted 🤔

whatever the answer is i'm enjoying this little drama regardless, it has heart

ep7 : i finally got the the train station incident and my God! my blood is boiling!! when they were swimming and zhou luo said he wanted to kill them all, i felt that because same!

there's an extremely detailed analysis of the show on tumblr based on the theory that the entirety of the show happens inside the 12th door. it's genious and makes a lot of sense. there are doors inside the doors and the 12th is about going all the way back to the start and doing the 11 doors all over again with no memory of the 1st time. the 30 (or was it 50?) years jiushi spends to meet lanzhu and his friends again is actually inside the 12th door, the very last scene is him finally finding the door and the way out of the game, he goes back to his younger self and everything and everyone (including lanzhu!!) is real. i guess we will never know if this interpretation is true but it's the one i'm gonna live with lol

finished ep36 and i have a question : do they ever explain how lanzhu can physically exist in the real world despite being a virtual character made up of big data? if not, can someone help me understand?
