Assuming you are not caught up, so I will put 2 posts. 1st is less informative
correct. she thought he might be the hyun woo of the past and spent time with him for that reason, but never actually looked at him like he was her soulmate, at least in my opinion
Because the father is back. That's why. The father is more powerful and the kitty gang got back up now
Scary is the wrong word imo. He is basically a teddy bear that has a rough exterior. That being said...
Even though he is absolutely 100% reformed, imo with the absolute fear kitty gang has for him, the way anyone underworld related treats him and the fact that his threats carry weight even to the hardest of gangsters I am willing to bet he has killed before. and for way less reasons than threatening the person he has been in love with since his preteen years. There is not a doubt in my mind that he would end someone threatening Eun-Ha, to hell with the consequences.
Eun-Ha and anyone not familiar with their (Ji-Hwan and kitty gang) relationship might not realize it, but that entire encounter was 100% a threat to her safety.
um so I thought the prosecuter was hyeon woo because of back stories that pop up when he shows up for a scene,…
Yeah, it really annoyed me when he told Ji-Hwan that he wasn't giving up. He has not respected her decision imo, since he told Ji-Hwan that he is still going to pursue her and would take her away at a moments notice etc.
This 2ML really just gets on my nerves. His office scenes really show nothing and just waste time imo, he is overly obsessed with ML even though he knows he is wrong about him, won't give up when he knows hope is lost and more
Because the father is back. That's why. The father is more powerful and the kitty gang got back up now
Fair point, but I feel like he should realize he is poking the penguin. Yeah, he should feel a sense of safety in the broader sense, but in no way should have the balls to go at Ji-Hwans girlfriend completely alone imo. If Eun-Ha didn't stop him or actually left instead of watched out the window he would be dead. Back up and connections mean nothing when you are by yourself.
Another thought is it seems the dad hates him (kitty leader) and he was only in charge because dad had no other options. Even though Ji-Hwan ratted, I think Ji-Hwan is still above the idiot in dads eyes

He confesses, she rejects him and tells him she likes Ji-Hwan. Ji-Hwan verifies they are together and Hyun-Woo tells Ji-Hwan he doesn't care they are together and is going to continue pursuing Eun-Ha
I feel like people didn't wait for you to try cdramas and can love both.
There's quite a few that I like, but a lot that I drop very quickly. My 2 biggest gripes with CDramas is
1 - in a lot of them, at least that I've watched, the ML is overly cold and oftentimes downright abusive. At least during the first 1/3 or so of the show. 2 - Way too much business speak. I don't need to see a board meeting every episode that takes 10 minutes and is literally just them talking business, not furthering the plot.
um so I thought the prosecuter was hyeon woo because of back stories that pop up when he shows up for a scene,…
This is just my theory but I think it's because it reminds him of being kidnapped and probably forced into the gang. I don't think Eun-Ha should take any blame, and don't think he blames her at all, even though it was partly her fault. Bringing up those memories to himself or the brothers is fine. Actually talking about those memories with her he doesn't want to do. at least partially because knowing Eun-Ha's empathy and compassion, knows she will blame herself. He doesn't want her to feel any guilt and wants the memories to stay good as they are.
All she knows is that Prosecutor Hyun Woo isn't him, but knows who he is and knows that he is doing okay. That's enough for her right now so he isn't bringing it up.
I feel like they messed up with the opening scene this episode. Kitty gangs leader has consistantly been deathly afraid of Ji-Hwan even when his guys are around him, even more so when he is alone with Ji Hwan. Now all of a sudden he is not scared at all? it can't even just be an act since he literally trembles with fear as soon as he finds out Ji Hwan is anywhere near him normally
I only have one wish... I hope they don't break up. I know that the writers love to use that trope, and even more…
It seemed to me that they are having her piece it together herself already. In todays episode with the shadow show he did it not only showed her thinking about young Hyun Woo doing them, but also her remembering the same faces and stuff that he was making both past and present
Now through 7 episodes and this ML is honestly just a piece of shit. I can't stand him at all. He started to be better for about an 1.5 episodes where I thought he might actually have a chance, but I was dead wrong. He cares about nothing but himself. Doesn't even care about his son or his feelings. Just a narcissistic prick and I feel horrible for the FL that she took the bait and married him
I like the parents, inspector Ju, Lim Soon the great, the mountain man, half the interns...this being from the…
Genuine question
What about the parents is explained by the same director of Do Bong Soon? I like these parents a lot so far from the few scenes they had, and it appears that they have a loving. commited relationship and her dad has a mind of his own. In DBS, her mom was abusive to her and her dad and suspected her dad of cheating, while her dad was a pushover and deathly scared of his wife, who I actually wish went with 2MLs mom. They fit better
I don't think Ko Won has anything to do with the murders, but could be wrong. Earlier in the show I thought they were using the Director as a red herring as well, but they have shown him being involved in too much stuff to not be a part of it at all. It wasn't just the acid attack either because in ep 10 (maybe 9 not sure) he called his buddy at the NFS after the body was found. And he was also in contact with the guard that more than likely set up the acid attacker to be killed.
There is a very solid possibility that he isn't part of the murders. But if that's the case, he is the head drug dealer. As much as the show is trying to link the dealers and murders together, I don't think they are linked at all. Other than maybe the murderer buying his Fentanyl from them, but if that's the case, I'm 99.99% sure they don't know the killer is using it in the way that he is
The other elder intern lady I'm super suspicious of. I'm also almost certain that those letters Ko Won keeps shredding are talking about her and not Lim Sun/Mi-Jin
I'm surprised, I didn't know how much ppl hated the 2ML hahah. I mean, I couldn't care less about him having Jin…
If they didn't have him literally stalk her for a couple episodes, I don't think he would have the hate that he does. But the fact that they decided to add that makes him irredeemable in some viewers, including my, eyes. It would have been better if they had him discover her secret in a not illegal and unhinged way
My one frustration is that I'm pretty sure they only added the Ko Won storyline to make the main romance drag…
The one positive to his whole story line is that it is showing that she has 0 interest in him. She is flirty, shy and awkward around the ML but uncomfortable, hesitant and disinterested around the 2ML. Yeah, it makes for some funny scenes between the 2 FLs and and 2ML, but it's also more 2 people crushing on each other and a guy that is trying to force his way in than the more common full blown love triangle.
Most KDramas that have this trope, from the FLs POV at least for the longest time, could go either way. Yes, they crush on the ML more, but they aren't completely disinterested in the 2ML at the same time
that’s such a good idea! or something like being able to tag a comment so we can filter them
The only issue I see with this is if it is poster tagged, they'll just lie and if it's reader tagged, how many up/down votes need to happen before it gets removed? Like, take the post directly before this thread, if you and I disagree and both tag it as a hater tag, which it is, then it's now hidden to people that might fully agree. And that poster in particular isn't trolling the board, a quick look and they only asked if it was good, said they weren't feeling it, then said they dropped it. Those should be visible imo, even though i don't agree
Edit... I missed the filtering part, my bad. I posted after reading yours as if they were deleted or hidden to all
Anyone else feel like MDL should have a "non-fan" and a "fan" comment section. Sometimes, I just want to read…
I agree to an extent, but having only one comment thread is helpful to the people that are deciding whether or not to watch a show. There's also the fact that people that genuinely like the show, but have legitimate criticisms for a scene or the direction a show is taking would then be hounded on the "fan" board, even though they wouldn't fit into the "non-fan" board.
I am personally against most moderation, but I feel that MDL needs some type of moderation for the haters of shows that troll that specific thread all day and/or continuously bombard every positive post with the same BS over and over. Like, if you post something more than x times yet all the posts say the exact same thing, even if worded differently, new posts need to be reviewed prior to them actually posting or something.
I am all for people that dislike a show, even a show I love, put either a "this sucks, dropped" or a detailed post saying why it sucks and dropped, and then actually dropping it, or at least not spamming the comment thread.
Drunkenly giving her mom a Q7 he kinda said out loud but, "dudes gonna make my daughter broke when he's drunk"
Soberly giving her mom the Q7 "Dude makes bank and consistantly proves he likes Mi-Ho, I approve"
