It's weird, like 90% of the time I don't think this at all, but then there's certain angles or body postures or something that make me think the FL looks a lot like Kim Se-Jeong. Most of the time I see little resemblence, it's just occasionally

Through 3 and the story line is confusing. By comments, I know they are actually uncle and aunt to the kids, but that hasn't been said in the show yet so it feels like those cheap vertical dramas on YouTube where she doesn't remember having twins and they don't recognize each other which is quite annoying

Also, at this point the ML has 0 redeeming qualities imo other than being rich. 0 EQ, a mediocre at best parent, rude af to the FL at every meeting and plotting to take her daughter from her. Which is truly crazy when it has shown her as basically the perfect mother and his son and grandfather want her to be a part of the family already.

I'm going to give it a few more episodes, but idk. I see me dropping this if it doesn't change tack soon.

Oh wow. I just looked it up and Jung Eun is actually slightly taller. I thought she was shorter than Eun Ji! Eun…
I know right? Google AI said they were both 165, but Jung Eun looks to be at least 10 cm shorter?!? Idk, it might just be me, but they don't look the same height on screen

Turning Bai Lu down when she is wearing nothing but a loose shirt that is very unbuttoned has to be the epitome of self control lol. I know he is worried about her hand, but she has to be completely confused as to why he is turning down all her advances

They finally finished the whole she lied miscommunication issue, and basically jumped striaght in to the how far they each want to go communication issue

And yes, someone needs to die or some evidence that exponentially furthers the case needs to happen in ep 11. IMO, even ep 12 is too late for a development at this point

So until last week, I was fully convinced he had nothing to with anything and was just being used as a red herring.

At this point, I am 30/70.... He is either the murderer, or he is the one selling the gang drugs. I am leaning towards the drug distributer route because they said a couple episodes ago that he lost all his money because of his deceased wife. It's hard though, because that doesn't really fit either, or explain why his wife died. He is def guilty of something, I just don't know what. My money is on suspicious Dr being a part of one and Ms Perfect elderly intern being a part of the other.

I'm curious how they are going to tie the drugs together though, because to my knowledge (very well could be wrong) Fentenyl hasn't been an issue until about 5-6 years ago. And that's in the US with our stupidly lenient drug policies. In SK, I can't imagine a serial killer being able to take Fentanyl to kill someone 20ish years ago. I'd imagine with their drug policies, every nanogram is tracked to hell and back

Then, respectfully, we are of 2 completely different minds when it comes to comfort. I hope you continue to enjoy the show though!

I'm fully convinced those are 2 completely different cases and the writer just wants us to think they are linked. I think it is going to turn out that less than we think was revealed this week.

The writer really needs to further the story along imo. I'm all for slowly revealing things, but it seems like the past 2 weeks hasn't truly furthered any plot imo

I honestly can't remember.... did she actually ignore his call? I remember him saying that he'd call her, Ko Won…
I truely missed that. I'll have to watch e10 again I guess. I really only remember a couple calls to her and all of them had extraenous circumstances that made her miss them

I deleted a comment after googling it, but is it surprising to anyone else that both FLs are the same height? I put something like it's weird the casting director paired them when day FL is so much shorter, but she isn't. They are literally the same height.

For some reason, Jung Eun just seems shorter than Eun Ji? IDK, maybe it's just me

Why do people not even look at comments before commenting? This message board is 50/50 on people loving the 2ML for whatever reason and putting things like "unpopular opinion" and "am I the only".

It's not unpopular and you aren't the only. There are good qualities to the 2ML and there bad (imo VERY bad) qualities to the 2ML. Having 2ML syndrome isn't rare in this show and honestly, these posts are getting extremely repetitive

I do not understand why the male lead likes her to be honest, everytime they are together she is being immature,…
I honestly can't remember.... did she actually ignore his call? I remember him saying that he'd call her, Ko Won answering one while she was gone, and him calling while her phone was off. Was there any time that she actually actively ignored his call?

Ko Won didn't tell her about the call, and honestly who would just randomly check their call history? If Ko Won didn't answer and told her she missed a call, or told her that night that he called, the story would be different.

Everyone is acting like she is actively avoiding him, but to me she is waiting on the call from him that he promised, and has no idea that he attempted to reach out to her already

A lot are cursing the SML for not knowing his boundaries and being creepy but I don't see FL trying to stop his…
So literally running away from him when she sees him and asking him to leave her alone isn't uncomfortable and is safe feeling? Yes, in ep 10 she was with him, but that was more to find the cat imo. In ep 9, she tried her hardest to avoid him and was extremely uncomfortable at every encounter between them.

In Ep 10, he posted the pic of the cat and was getting hits due to his fame. She is desparate to find the cat to attempt to lift the curse so she went to all those calls with him. But imo it never showed her actually being comfortable with him. More that she was thankful he posted it and was helping her look.

Even in ep 10, other than the end scene where he confessed, anything not cat related she was super uncomfortable with. Honestly, the end scene was even more her in disbelief than actual interest in him. He needs to accept her as Nuna/Ajumma, let her help him with his anxiety, and move the f on in my opinion

I really do like this drama and rooting for the leads but the story is not moving. It’s making want to put my…
It really has stagnated story wise. Like, things are happening, but those things are not continuing any of the main points of the story. I still love the show, but wish they would actually further the plot, any plot. After this week, we know that ex(current? Why does he still have an office?) director is for sure involved, but why/how? We know 2ML likes her, like a lot. That is the only thing it has truly shown over the last 2 episodes. The mains relationship is still ambiguous at best, and no new evidence has been shown for the murder/mystery part imo. They already blatantly said ex-director is involved before.

It seems to me like the writer realized that episodes 7 and 8 made 2ML out to be too much of a creep, and instead of furthering the plot decided to make him out to be a good guy. I still don't like him due to his stalkering behavior (dude needs to be in jail, to hell with his fame,) but they got rid of all of that to make him her champion, which isn't needed since they already have shown that ML will do literally anything to make sure the FL is safe and sound

I haven't gone deep into these comments, so it might not be here. But on Dramacool, every episodes thread is at least 1/3 hating on her. If it isn't on here, then my bad but I wasn't about to go through 13k comments lmao

people are hating on the niece because she is relentless. While true, she knows what she wants and Yu You is at most ambiguous towards her. I feel like if he actually gave her a solid no at any point in time, she would have stopped pursuing him. Was she persistant? Absolutely. Was there any indication that he truly didn't feel that way towards her? No.

He only ever said things like "I don't think we will work out" or "I think you think you like me, but you don't really" He never said I don't have any feelings for you, don't pursue me. Him leaving it so ambiguous only made her try harder, and who can blame her? She met a hot, successful rich guy that (and this is a biggy) her family would appove of their princess dating, and he left his feelings towards her open ended for the longest time.

I don't think she was stalkey or overbearing in her pursuit at all. From the moment she saw him, she liked him. She happened to see him a 2nd time and flat out told him I like you and want to pursue you. If he gave her a flat out no at that point, there would be no story between them. She comes off as having too much self respect and sense of self worth to chase someone that has no interest. If anyone is to blame for her continued pursuit, it is Yu You. Dude doesn't know how to actually say no

I can't understand why people having 2nd lead syndrome, in the latest ep I wanna understand him too but hey he…
I'm very much pro ML over 2ML in this show, especially with his creepy behavior a couple episodes ago, but I get where he was coming from in the last scene. TBH, all of episode 10 made 2ML out to be nothing but green flags, which he is not. But that last scene is him worrying about those anonymous notes he keeps intercepting and he isn't telling her about them because he doesn't want her to worry any more than she already is about the whole situation.

I'm 99% sure those letters are actually going to wind up being about the other intern though. Other than her "better than everyone else" attitude, it hasn't shown much about her and I think she is going to be a part of at least one of the conspiracies.

I also don't think the conspiracies are linked at all, even though they are playing it like that. The murderer has nothing to do with the drug dealers and vice versa. They both just happen to have fentanyl which is why they are playing like they are the same case

I'd assume the edits you saw were from someone with 2ML syndrome. I think both night and day FL fit better with ML, and ML def has more screen time and interactions with both FLs.

Also, the chemistry between the leads is pretty good. Not the best I've ever seen, but definitely believable

I’ve noticed the screen going black between scenes on Hulu in the past. I wonder if that’s when they cut to…
Hulu has had that issue forever. They really need to figure something else out because it's jarring every time it happens and they could easily adjust their editing so it doesn't happen

I don't know if it's the script or the actress, but the MIL is way overdramatized compared to the rest of the show to me. I like it through 2, but I almost can't stand watching her scenes, and since it appears she is going to be the main villain, can't really skip them either without losing a lot of context in the story
