I'm wishing for this too. Has happened in love alarm, and personally I loved it, but many ppl hated it lol

absolutely love this one! the humour can be a hit or miss, and for me it clearly is a hit. haven’t laughed like this in a while 😭

just shows how much more difficult it is for women to leave a marriage than men, esp when the breadwinner is the spouse and there is a child involved. we can judge her choice all we want as ppl who haven’t lived through it, but the writer (as a divorce lawyer) has seen situations like this irl, inspiring her to include such plot in drama

in woojin’s twisted mind it’s his way of making daesu relate to his pain of losing a lover who was also family. yet unlike woojin who has no remorse in his “romance” (ahem incest!), he knows daesu upon learning the truth would be tortured by it. it’s a play on “does the truth really set you free?” this is the cruelest form of revenge the man has chosen, and although he’s successful in taking revenge he has lost purpose in life. toying with daesu was his only fun and now that it’s ended he is again consumed by pain leading to him unaliving himself.

but that would give away the plot twist

Is it just me? I don't think that was a hug. I think he might've fainted or lost his footing or something along that line bc they kept hinting how he was sick and had to go to the hospital. So she probably holding him out of concern like "are you okay?"

I didn't have much expectations when I started watching this. Just another kdrama that I might begin and drop as it gets draggy. Man was I wrong. I was intrigued from the first ep. Must say I am kinda biased bc I love the cast, but regardless of my liking for the cast I do drop dramas when it gets boring for me. So far this drama has done really well in keeping me interested, I hope they continue to do that in the coming eps!

but she came clean in the previous ep proving that's not how she is, just forced to be that way by the "mother"

atp there's noone i root for. from years of watching dating shows i've given upon the idea that the cast are actually looking for love. but they all seem like really nice ppl and hope this was a fun experience for them to bond with their sibling

knetz are theorising that since she used sunjae’s watch for the timeslip while he was wearing it, it’s possible that he went back in time too. but since sol was tryna avoid him he just pretended to not know her for her sake. i love how this drama never gets boring!

i was screaming at my sister “THATS NOT HYUNWOO” when he pulled up with that umbrella, the way he talked, the way he looked at her, nothing felt like hyunwoo. and she kept telling me i’m crazy, and when the car chase happened hyunwoo’s car was following the other car and i was like “look hyunwoo is chasing eunseong!!!” and I WAS RIGHT!!! Kim Soohyun is such a great actor I JUST KNEW THAT’D NEVER BE HYUNWOO

i understood that all of em dropped at the same time at diff locations. Since Sooin's parasite is dormant it just takes time for her to notice. If you noticed there's a time skip after her accident, that's probably when the parasytes formed the organisation.

same. have zero idea bout the original, and watched this as an independent work. absolutely enjoyed it!

i just KNOW that they’d make up by the end of this ep with all that bickering in the preview. the conflict won’t be dragged, the directors and writer just playing with us 😅

oh no! that's why i mentioned haein is no angel. this is a drama with absolutely flawed characters and that's why i love this drama. despite their flaws neither hyunwoo or haein are innately evil (unlike some others- ahem! eunseong!) and all bout the things you said bout hyunwoo, WE know bc we are viewers while haein or the other characters don't. so it'll take them time and more convos to resolve these misunderstandings. thankfully we have 10 more eps to clear up all the mess. but death is still an overlooming villain that could change up the whole situation

"beg for forgiveness" was just an expression... whats wrong is not the fact that he prepared for a divorce. it's what the whole situation implies. the man had prepared for divorce but never discussed it with her, and now that she's dying he's all chummy with her. this reflects very badly on hyunwoo. and because he's no liar, like he admitted to her in the final scene that he did indeed write the divorce paper, he might reveal the whole truth to her. this is surely gonna bring trust issues in the relationship. haein got an apology from him (a sincere "sorry") when she had no idea the depth of his wrongs. he deserves an apology from haein too yes. but rn her "coldness" is overshadowed by his "deception"

also just to clear things by "healthy" i'm talking bout their health, not relationship. I was mentioning the illness aspect bc there was a lot of convo about death in today's ep 😅

i’m doubting you’ve watched ep6… did you see their convo on the bed where haein told him bout the despicable husband of her friend. she said hyunwoo was never like that to her. which is why i think the next scene of him being in the church is more of a “pls forgive my sefishness god” scene than a “save my wife god” scene. wtv haein has done can never be equated to what hyunwoo did. the issue here is not the divorce…

hyunwoo was initially happy with her dying. despite how bad it was for him, his initial intentions are absolutely flawed. haein is no angel yes. but this man has now broken the trust in the relationship. imagine your partner wanting a divorce suddenly being all in love with you when you revealed you’re dying. i’m a hyunwoo apologist too, but i do think what he was doing was massive deception. we as third person know he’s not evil, but haein is not watching him like us, still she’s always trusted him, never doubted him. but this is a slap to her face.
