had watched the main story years ago and couldn’t recall all that had happened, so i went and rewatched the final ep before i started watching this now. idk why i’m watching this so late but it really was entertaining. more screentime for the support characters. absolutely enjoyed this

i feel like ppl who cannot appreciate this drama are the kinda audience that have been conditioned by kdramas to only see things in binary (good/bad, red/green, toxic/nontoxic, happy/sad) i watched this like i was watching a movie, there was depth to the characters and the story was never obvious (unlike typical kdramas) personally i wish they don’t ruin the show with more seasons (ppl gonna hate me for this) bc i think the ending was perfectly handled. leaves one with nostalgia, regret and hope (just like the protagonist)

so mad at jo eunoh rn. but she clearly not okay, so we can’t blame her choosing familiar red flag over receiving proper love from the green forest… ugh! still pisses me off 😖

that’s what we want to believe, and that’d have made this a typical drama. but this drama is much more realistic than a fairy tale “happily-ever-after”

as someone who has loved him since extracurricular, so proud of his acting in love in the big city ❤️

yesterday I wanted to selfishly believe gyuho would come back for young and they’d live happily ever after. but today i realised that the drama has already shown how their relationship had become stagnant and the beautiful memories were only made in bangkok (disappeared as soon as they were back to their real life) there’s also the issue with kylie and condoms that was clearly affecting their sex life. overall gyuho is just his best memory of being in love. but i’m glad although none of the men in young’s life lasted, his friends was with him till the end. probably the only “love” that lasts is friendship?

I have a week spot for flashbacks when the child actor is moon woojin. that boy can ACT! dk how I feel bout hyunO overall tho… I’ve mixed feelings. Also, regardless of how much I love shin hyesun, I find eunho kinda annoying. I like hyeri far better. but personally hyeyeon might be my most fav character!

for all that the man has done, him dying like that won’t be just. he really need to serve time in jail. and if he had died in the fire, the politician’s wrong doings also wouldn’t have seen light

what’s funny is it’s not even broadcast on tv. since it’s a ott (tving) show they might’ve had the liberty to do things other dramas can’t explicitly do. but this was clearly a choice made by the crew

i love how it has essence of both jdrama and kdrama, and none is tainted by the other. so far looks promising. excited for the upcoming eps. had no idea it only has 6eps, but that’s good in a way as the story will be precise and won’t get dragged out

she was a red flag right from the beginning. it’s high time kdrama viewers stop viewing toxicity as “romantic”

am i the only one thinking endgame is clearly sojin and kanghoon? from the beginning of the drama the set up was so crazy. it really felt like they didn’t want me wishing yeonwoo and sojin were together. i didn’t know if i was picking up the signs wrong. all the dna thing feels like nonsense, but kanghoon has always been by her side regardless of her quirky behaviour, just letting her be. while yeonwoo seems to lack respect for her eccentricity in the way he faked the “fateful” encounters. doesn’t feel like they’re on equal footing… like he looks down on her as some kid playing a stupid game? (can’t blame him tho lol) this drama feels like a drama that wants to stand out and be different but has failed at it… had so much potential
