I have a week spot for flashbacks when the child actor is moon woojin. that boy can ACT! dk how I feel bout hyunO overall tho… I’ve mixed feelings. for all that the man has done, him dying like that won’t be just. he really need to serve time in jail. and if he had died in the fire, the politician’s wrong doings also wouldn’t have seen light

what’s funny is it’s not even broadcast on tv. since it’s a ott (tving) show they might’ve had the liberty to do things other dramas can’t explicitly do. but this was clearly a choice made by the crew

i love how it has essence of both jdrama and kdrama, and none is tainted by the other. so far looks promising. excited for the upcoming eps. had no idea it only has 6eps, but that’s good in a way as the story will be precise and won’t get dragged out

she was a red flag right from the beginning. it’s high time kdrama viewers stop viewing toxicity as “romantic”

am i the only one thinking endgame is clearly sojin and kanghoon? from the beginning of the drama the set up was so crazy. it really felt like they didn’t want me wishing yeonwoo and sojin were together. i didn’t know if i was picking up the signs wrong. all the dna thing feels like nonsense, but kanghoon has always been by her side regardless of her quirky behaviour, just letting her be. while yeonwoo seems to lack respect for her eccentricity in the way he faked the “fateful” encounters. doesn’t feel like they’re on equal footing… like he looks down on her as some kid playing a stupid game? (can’t blame him tho lol) this drama feels like a drama that wants to stand out and be different but has failed at it… had so much potential

this drama incites sm anger in me. how these ppl treated jeongwoo and his mom like trash for years but when it’s revealed what their sons did they can still shamelessly walk around and demand their sons be set free. the entitlement! and that detective doing all the dirty work, still being in denial that he forced the confession out of jeongwoo and constantly calling him “murderer” boils my blood! 😤 waiting for jeongwoo, boyeong and daeun to get their justice 🥺

feel like deokmi knew jeongwoo would never have feelings for her. atleast not back then (he had his life set, planning to move to seoul for uni, and she was nowhere in his plans). but if he hits rock bottom, and when she’s the only one by his side for years (and she has succeeded in life) he might see her in a different light. unfortunately for her, things didn’t go according to her plan when jeongwoo refused to move to seoul and start anew, but insisted on sticking around and reinvestigating the case.

for the ppl who don’t get the comedy it’s prob bc it’s very catered to a korean audience. through years of watching gag concert, comedy big league, snl korea, etc., i’ve kinda familiarised myself to their humour (prob why i enjoyed it) but don’t think this drama is for everyone

as someone who absolutely enjoyed first four eps, must say was a bit disappointed with ep5 and 6. prob bc i went expecting comedy and the eps were much more serious. hopefully the comedy makes a return in next eps

that's why it was interesting to me. bc it was too unconventional. I love song kang too, but I don't ship characters based on the actor. I was glad the sweet SML finally wasn't sidelined [bc I was tired of that arc in every Kdrama ever where the good guy is just a "good" guy who is in unrequited love]

just watched ep7 prerelease and heck I'm soooo excited for today's episode!!!!!!!
