SAME! esp the memory thing I honestly think they should've gone without it cause it just seemed thrown in and too short without any real purpose

I've watched til about ep. 30 and I've kind of figured out the rest from the CVs so SPOILER (THIS IS THE PLOT IF YOU KEEP READING YOU WILL READ THE ENTIRE PLOT I HAVE WARNED YOU TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY) here's what to watch out for if there's anything that you hate in dramas:

1) Mom trying to break up cause she think her child (son) can do better
2) FL2 attempting to sabotage relationship by taking a "promiscuous" picture of ML while he's drunk
3) ML and FL have misunderstanding (ML thinks he is FL's brother)
4) ML has a fake relationship with FL2 to try to force FL to stop loving him
5) FL doesn't want to date ML again to spare FL2's feelings even though FL2 secretly hates her
6) ML loses his memory and FL tries to get it back (from the OST it seems like he does get it back in the last second)
Again, I might be missing some of the stuff but this is the general gist of the drama, and I know that some of these cliches make dramas "unwatchable" for certain viewers so just giving a heads up.

okay guys lets make this a nice wholesome fluffy drama and not be angsty like all the other xianxia c-dramas we will have the main leads happy and together by the end with all the second leads finding some sort of happiness too and only unlikeable characters die please

ok at like the 40's eps im like are u stupid girl? You can't abandon someone who has mental illness/trauma...you…
In her defense, she did think she was saving him. Should've consulted her drama loving mom - this is too classic of a trope

I have a really different picture of Mo Nan.I was indeed happy when I realized that he thought about her happiness…
I'm still not over how delusional Monan was when he said that Bohai's true "horrible" self would be revealed because.. he's scared of fire??? At the MOST thats just kind of sad, but the only person it's horrible to is Bohai himself so uh Monan what you playing at

I feel bad for her tbh. This is my least favourite drama trope, as if two females are incapable of being mature…
lowkey feel bad for the actress.. the other role she's known for is from eternal love.. will she be stuck forever in the scheming love rival role? :/

why do producers keep casting these ***turks*** instead of Han chinese actresses? Dilraba is a terrible actress…
..As a Chinese myself, I have no idea what you're going at. The Chinese are in fact not fond of foreigners in the C-Ent, which is why there are several upcoming laws and laws already in place against other countries (mainly Korea) to stop sending their actors/actresses to C-Dramas and C-Movies. Also, the reason why they cast Dilraba is probably because, oh, maybe that she's a popular up and coming actress that has several talents including dancing, has an impressive resume which includes the popular drama "Eternal Love", she's under another popular C-Actress, Yang Mi, or that she graduated from the prestigious Shanghai Theatre Academy? Not just because of her (stunning) looks? Honestly, if you don't like Dilraba, you should probably try your hardest at doing the DIFFICULT act of skipping this drama and watching something else, such as the 2018 drama Negotiators, mostly because of your love of Tao.

Since I can't find English subtitles for this anywhere, can anyone tell me if you've watched it, if…
KangXi was one of the emperors most famous for having a lot of wives and children, so it wouldn't make sense for him to follow his "true love" and put everything down and love YiHuan.

Even though they are entirely different dramas why do I get this TMOPB vibe???!! Tuesday night as soon as i watched…
OMFG I thought I was the only one who kept thinking of Kimi everytime he smiled! and to reply to Shi, it might be because the leads have the same voice actors. ;)

And up till now, they still haven't told KangXi about LiYiHuan's actual background, and from the trailers and MVs it's pretty obvious how intense it will be afterwards.. seems kind of wierd though, that they only save 24 episodes for the main plot?

Honestly, Wu JiaYi and Wong XuDong saved the drama XD. By the end, I completely lost the plot with Qiao Fei, and JiaYang kinda became a douche. Honestly, towards the end JiaMing was the "better man", but like he was so creepy in the beginning, so there's literally no one you could root for..

Well, I am glad that at least the Journey of Flower side characters aren't hobos.
