Anyone who watches Misty knows this show is superior. I wonder how many actresses are eyeing Kim Nam Joo with envy because she snatched the role of a lifetime. The only other character to beat Go Hye Ran (and for different reasons they slay) is Cheon Song Yi from You Who Came From The Stars.
Ep 65 and I'm still here, I don't feel like pulling my hair out in frustration nor does my blood pressure get effected lmao. Yes the bad group of people are legit useless/horrible but there's a main character who's so intelligent so full of logic and good reasoning that they make you forget all cray stuff. I need Hyung Joo as my life coach basically I want him cheering for me like this TT
I'll say one thing to those who want to try this drama but afraid to for various reasons. The first was too good so nothing can match it (the second holds it's own) the hype is annoying and puts you off (for the NIF series the hype is well deserved, in fact there isn't enough hype) the beginning is slow (it's just buildup and by episode 8 you will become fully engrossed guranteed).
about the comparison with the NIF; I think that NIF2 is about another time and challenges. we have lots of protagonists…
I was going to write my thoughts so far on here, but your comment is just so well put together and conveys exactly how I feel about this master piece that is the NIF world/series so I won't.
How far did you get? ;)The drama takes unusual twists on its road what is one of the things that make this show…
I think I only watched 3 episodes, so technically I didn't give it enough of a chance. Yeah I'll trust your very solid review on this, twists and turns with revenge and good acting is what I'm here for, and pick it up :D
Actually I started this drama weeks ago because Jang Hyuk is life but the whole business with him using that innocent girl for his twisted plans turned me off, but your review is now making me think maybe I was too hasty and should try this drama again.
The episode about one hour and a half. Krystal appears like 15 - 30 minutes in each episode and sometimes only…
She appears way too much for my liking since she's a weak actress, however the show is so well done in other ways that I'm overlooking her and enjoying it. Thank you :D
Also the cast/credit is missing some information. Ye Eun and her sister Sang Eun share main female role, plus their perspective love interests would also be considered main roles (hyung joo and Choi jae woong) and Ye Eun's husband Jin Sub is also main role.
I actually dropped Stranger, and was thinking of starting that again, or trying this. Stranger was recommended…
I'm also torn because I know Stranger has good reviews but I could not get into it. On the other hand Untouchable drew me in from the first episode. I guess I like the set up of their fictional city and the dynamics of the two brothers.
Your review made me feel like I'm not alone TT Half the dramas you listed I could tell from the summary I will never be able to watch them and the other half I started them, got to the midway park and had to drop due to complete boredom. Honestly all 6 titles have too much hype and little impact in terms of originality or even story development.
6 episodes in and I'm really reeled in, there's the antagonist who is clearly messed up in the head but why am I so charmed by him? It shows that Kim Sung Kyun is an amazing actor. I love Eun Ji's loud character and the main guy is just so mellow in the midst of all the drama :D
Why is no one is talking about this drama? Because as much hype as there was for Stranger/Secret Forest I could not get into that but I highly enjoy Untouchable.
This drama is interesting! I have a lot of questions about what is going on and it does a good job of keeping your attention throughout the whole episode.
