what's up vol. 1 is super under rated when it's super amazing!!! ***i'm still wishing there's vol.2*** that show…
I always try to sneak in an underrated drama, a hidden gem, into each of my articles. LOL I really hope I encouraged at least ONE person to watch "What's Up"!
That trailer for The Great Doctor confused me, only because I'm almost done watching Faith right now. I'm curious…
Lee Philip's hairstyle in "Faith" really bothered me. LOL I was used to seeing him look so pretty in "The Legend". But he looked better in this original Faith trailer.
As far as I could tell from the vague descriptions and the trailer, Kang Ji Hwan was ~the great doctor~ and he travelled back in time to learn about modern medicine while Lee Philip was a genius ~magical~ doctor in ancient times. Hee Sun simply played a beautiful woman, the love interest. Her role was small.
gowd! you mean I'm stuck with it untill the end of April???
It's supposed to have 32 episodes... but it all depends on the ratings. The first 2 episodes had pretty low ratings, so it that keeps up the TV network will probably cut it short. On the other hand, if it becomes a ratings hit in future episodes then it might get an extension.
The main picture needs to be changed. That's just a random picture of the actress Uhm Ji Won.

Ahah! Not exactly in a movie phase, but more like adding stuff my list as I remember. But I did watch "Concubine" and "Portrait of a Beauty".
"Portrait of a Beauty" was pretty good in its first half, but then some craziness happened and I really didn't understand that ending. It's worth watching just for the first half. It's an okay movie, nothing groundbreaking.
A Moment to Remember deserves to be on the list ^__^ I cried my heart out while watching it and aspect I liked…
I absolutely LOVE "A Moment to Remember", but the disease there was Alzheimer. It's incapacitating and certainly SAD, but not life-threatening. Since I decided to focus the article on life-threatening diseases I had to leave that movie out, unfortunately. =\
I have this really soft spot for tearjerkers, but not that I love them, is more that I am afraid of them. The…
Ahah. I have some friends who've watched something like 300 Jdramas and they STILL won't go near "One Litre of Tears". I'd say it's their loss! It's really worth watching at least once!
Very pretty drama. Too bad Ha Ji Won looks as believable pretending to be a man than she would pretending to be a lamppost.

I'm thinking about watching an older Kdrama called "Who Are You". I hear it's pretty good. But URGH, I haven't been in the mood for Kdramas at all. I'm already watching "Basketball" and it's kind of a disappointment.

Your profile page is so much fun! You know, I see a lot of dramas/movies that I enjoyed on your Blacklist. Did you choose them for a particular reason?

Hi there! Thank you for the message!
I *think* I may have checked out the first minutes of "The World They Live In" but then I stopped for whatever reason. I completely forgot about it. If you say it's good, then I'll give it a shot! Thanks :D

RE: "Long Love Letter". I know I may seem harsh in my ratings, but I always try to be as honest as possible. Anything I rated 8 or above means I really enjoyed it.
"Long Love Letter" is one of those dramas that I started with EXPECTATIONS. And the first episode was pretty damn good too. But after the whole "school gets transported into parallel universe" it all goes downhill. I was so mad! I really didn't enjoy it and it felt like such a WASTE of truly good actors.
I know, I'm a pretty picky drama watcher.

Hi! Thanks for your comment! :D
Yes! Il Mare is a masterpiece! It doesn't get enough love!
I checked your list. You should definitely watch the Jmovie "Only You Can Hear Me". And "Sand Chronicles" / Sunadokei is a really good movie too.
As much as I wish there was a second season for "Soulmate", that would be like a real miracle. Very unlikely to happen. You should watch "Someday", that's another really good but underrated drama. Plus, the cinematography is AMAZING.
