I'm loving this drama. Baek Du is an amazing character. Something different from the usual ML's. I usually find murder/mystery sideplots boring (not if the genre is mystery/thriller itself), but not in this one. It really fits into the story.

Exactly, that's what I meant with the song being used weirdly in Ep. 1. It felt out of place. But it's way better since ep 2 and 3, in my opinion.
I agree with AoS and My Dearest. Besides them belonging to my favourite Kdramas, the choice of music and OST is outstanding. The music sets the tone and atmosphere perfectly. Instrumental tracks like "My Dearest" and "Lyrical" by Park Jin Huyn are wonderful and fit perfectly to the story.
Just finished ep 1. My honest thought is the drama judging from 1 ep, it could do A LOT BETTER with better director,…
I personally didn't notice the music as painful. There was one scene in Ep.1 where "Never lost" was used at a weird time, that's true. But it did not bother me as much. And for example I really like the OST "Beneath the moonlight". Just another prime example of how taste differs :)
finally someone is saying smart things, btw how do you like this kdrama, if i can ask?
I'm quite enjoying it so far. I mean yes the production/editing feels a bit cheap. But I'm invested in the whole two personalities-storyline and I think the romance could become quite interesting and entertaining.
Finally it's over. That airing schedule was horrible. Sadly the last Ep felt very anticlimactic. This drama struggled with blending the fantasy genre with the romcom. The drama itself was better than I at first expected. Before watching it, I thought it would be really bad. It's not bad, but i could have been better, than it eventually turned out to be.
I personally prefer Sajo Hyun over Ak Hee. I don't get the hate for Sajo Hyun. C'mon, have some understanding.…
And honestly it seems like FL thinks the same. As of right now, Ak Hee has no chance. She already liked Sajo Hyun in Ep. 1 and called Ak Hee fake. Now she even made him colors to paint...
I personally prefer Sajo Hyun over Ak Hee. I don't get the hate for Sajo Hyun. C'mon, have some understanding. He has been abused and tormented since his childhood. His true personality was never accepted by his father, he is constantly reminded that he is not enough and that Ak Hee is better. Sajo Hyun is introverted, creative and smart. Just unable to show this side of himself infront of his father and break through. It's refreshing to see an introverted and brooding type of ML. Where Sajo Hyun is unwelcoming and distant at first (for understandable reasons), Ak Hee is manipulative and wicked. I think both are interesting. But I prefer Sajo Hyun for the FL.
Yeah, the wigs are bad and the drama is quite cheaply produced. Nevertheless, I'm quite enjoying this drama. It's probably not going to be a masterpiece, but that's okay. I saw a lot of people commenting on their dislike for the ML and Park Ji Hoon. That he is too "small" as if all ML leads in Kdrama-world have to be 2 meters tall :/ I already liked Park Ji Hoon in At a distance, spring is green. He is very talented. After Weak Hero, I became a fan. That man can act. Part of why I am interested in the drama is because of him and because he is portraying two different characters/alter egos. I'm kinda into the whole story of a love triangle between the same man. The way Ji hoon portrays both characters is quite smart. You can definitely see a difference. But it's subtle and not going to be delivered on a silver plate. As a viewer, it's sometimes necessary to use your brain, and a little mystery is exciting. And it's too early to tell how they are going to differentiate Sajo Hyun and Ak Hee in the coming episodes.
I think everything that is supposed to happen will happen, just like everyone that is supposed to die, will die.…
oh yeah that's right, sorry. But the reason for that is because he wants to give his mother a last hug. The important point is, that we don't know if he can change some of the events or if he even wants to, since he "only" wanted to see his mother one last time ...
Before wachting this show I was sceptical. But after starting this show I am way more invested in it, than I thought it would. Hopefully the drama will continue this pace. And I like how the romance is not the focus right now...

I think everything that is supposed to happen will happen, just like everyone that is supposed to die, will die.…
Oh and I forgot to say that the storyline feels very circular. Just like it seems like he caused his own misery by being the guy that kills himself before his job interview. So who knows ...
first of all im really glad that this drama had brought awarness to sucide. it had just all the right emotions…
I think everything that is supposed to happen will happen, just like everyone that is supposed to die, will die. The Male Lead asked for a last hug with his mum and not another chance at life. So we will never now if he can actually change some of the events. For example Death said Ji Soo's faith was to die at that specific point.
I was so excited for this drama. I do appreciate Dong Yoon and Nana and their acting talents. But this drama has a production and editing style that I dislike. The CGI is bad. I can normally see past that, since not all dramas have a huge budget. But it stands out if you have talented actors (at least the main leads and Gong Min Jung, not really the others). The way the story is written, the way the plot unravels, and how it's produced/directed/edited leaves a negative impression. I am not an expert by any means, so it's hard for me to pinpoint... but something feels off.
