I mean, it clearly is difference in preferences ahhwja The way i see it i think some people are just not understanding the story and that's why they are finding faults where they don't exist (i mean at i least i think there's no problem with the plot and the screenwriting- two of the things people are complaining the most). I was only watching doom as well but then my friend asked me to watch guminho to know my opinion because they, much like me after watching it, weren't really feeling it but still saw the potential. thats what i dont understand why people are complaining - the screenwriting.. cuz i don't see it that way? I think it's well written and the dialogues dont seem stiff or awkward - at least to me. i'm not understanding why you see two different storylines... do you mean the love triangle and the main lead couple?? About guminho, thats the drama i see writing problems (Completely talking about only the first two episodes), there was some dialogues that made absolutely no sense to me and the jokes weren't funny at all. But like I said in answer to @/s_a i still the potential.

Omg really? I see so much chemistry and i think they are so cute. And how is there no plot? I think they are going very slowly with the plot, that i can see. Because well, last week we stopped at the 8th episode and nothing big has happened in terms of action, but i think they are doing on purpose cuz right now we are in the 1st half, the main characters are still "dancing" around each other and trying to understand stuff. I think we will probably see more action and plot twists happening in the second half. About guminho, i have mixed feelings about it because i see that the story itself has great potential but forced comedy is throwing me off. I don't if the jokes aren't being delivered due to the acting or the writing itself - thus me not understanding why some people prefer it to doom at your service. I honestly don't know what to think of my roommate is a guminho, but i was actually hoping it would get better since the story about guminhos, the marble and what are they going to do about the marble being inside a human (and turning blue!!) is very interesting. This is just my opinion and of course every one is entitled to their own. I completely understand yours and thank you for sharing it with me :)
i just signed up with mydramalist and i have been putting off coming to this comment section because my friend said many people weren't liking this drama at all... and wow! my friend wasn't joking. I am shocked because after goblin this is the only other fantasy drama that has got me completely hooked. I love everything about this drama! The acting, the characters, the story... I understand that the plot may be a little confusing but honestly the mystery is what has me so entranced. It's not fun when dramas are so clichê that you can guess what's going to happen next and how it's going to end. I absolutely love how this drama keeps me on my toes because i have no clue what's going to happen next. Not to talk about the amazing chemistry between the two leads, who by the way, are outstanding actors. The second lead romantic story is a bit frustrating - they repeat some parts too many time yes i agree - but i don't agree with some comments saying they are having too much screen time. The main characters are literally the ones that appear the most during an hour long episode. I dont mind the love triangle story cuz i am curious to see how that story will unravel (hope they end up all single tho- that's the most realistic answer in my opinion). Another thing i don't understand is how people are saying My roommate is a guminho is better than this drama... I'm not trash talking anyone or any drama but are you crazy??? My roomate is a guminho is nowhere near Doom at your service. This is just my opinion. I understand not every one may agree but I don't agree with most comments here anyways. It is what is is. Anygayysssss, I'm happy that the ratings are high tho - it's what they deserve for such a good drama. I can't wait for the next episodes and to see how doom at your service is going to surprise me once again!! xx
