You are right. Which also baffles me given how open Thais are of LGBTQ community. Not to say that prejudice and hate doesn't happen even there, but I would think that at least the younger generation would be more aware socially of what's acceptable language and behavior and whatnot.

Not to butt in, but if a boy/man says that "he's a real man" to explain his sexuality is the same as equating Gay men to "not being real or they do not matter". All men are real, not matter their sexual orientation. A lot of GAY men have been murdered because of this same toxic masculinity mentality.

But this is a critique I've had with several BL dramas. When you hire seemingly straight men to play gay roles. The gay for pay needs to stop. Directors/Writers need to start giving these roles to more people who not only can relate to the characters but who understand the plight of being LGBT.

Either way, let this be a lesson for learning and not for people to hate on this kid. Perhaps he will be more cautious in how he responds. He apologized and people should move on from that.

I think what he was trying to do, while stupid and horrible, was kind of endearing too. He didn't want to reject Third if he confessed to him, he didn't want to keep Third hanging by a thread. He thought that by pushing Third to fall out of love with him, that things would return to normal. Now, remember this is Khai before figuring out his feelings for Third. This is Khai wanting his friend back. In the last episode, we get to see the Khai that finally realizes that he actually does have feelings for Third that go beyond friendship. Hindsight is 20/20 they say.

No you aren't, but personally I never want anyone to suffer, but life isn't rainbows and unicorns. Sometimes, suffering makes you realize the mistakes you've made and help you fix them.

I've re-watched this drama three times already. This is a testament of how good it really is. It's frustrating, it's funny, it's engaging, it tears at your most basic needs when it comes to love and unrequited love. Off's acting has improved quite a lot from his previous works, Gun is always a great actor so I was never concerned about his abilities to portray someone who secretly loves their friend. The other actors are great supports as well and help drive the story along. In the beginning I wasn't so sure how much I could take of Third's dilemma, but knowing people like him in my life I was able to see where he was coming from. One of my favorite lines in the drama was "Love isn't only driven by heart, but by the brain as well." This pretty much sums up the way I see love myself. You can love someone with all of your heart, but you also have to use your brain, you have to be logical about that love. You can't just lose yourself in it. But as they say, love makes people do crazy stupid things.

Again I am basing this on the series right now, not on the novel. Not everyone has access to the novel to know this information. The point was that it came out of nowhere really and they sort of implied that An liked Third so it kind of left me scratching my head as to how they were going to develop the An/Too coupling given how little episode there are left and little screen time for them. I am not unhappy about their coupling if it ends up being canon, but I think that a lot of BLs do not give enough plot development to secondary couples. Which is a shame, especially if their story is interesting. What they should have done as I mentioned before is had given more POV for An and Too for the viewers. But again, a lot of people like getting secondary couples even if they make little to no sense, but for me I like seeing relationships develop naturally. Oh well, it's the fault of the drama just being too short to do that. Either way, the more White and Earth get work, the okay I am. I love those two kids...great actors to watch.

I personally think that the first cast and this cast are equally as bad--you can tell they are not seasoned actors, but that's okay they can only improve in their acting. I don't get the praise of the acting, because honestly as someone who has watched so many dramas for over 20 years (you can probably figure how old I am LOL), I didn't see the improvements some people are saying. Having said that, I wish this cast much success.

And before anyone come at me like they often like to do, I'll say this... my critique of the first cast can be found in their own page. I was as equally bored of the acting there as I am here. I can only hope that it improves as the episodes come out.

I'm talking about the series though. There hasn't been any real development. It came out of left field to be honest. If they had introduced An a little earlier and had some of his pov it would make sense. Not everyone is reading the novel. I have not and I don't plan to until the drama is over because I didn't know it had a novel to begin with. If they are a couple in the novel, that's great and all...but from a drama viewing experience, they just kind of inserted it in a way that wasn't natural, which is something a lot of BLs are known to do. IT creates plotholes and such. Also, they made it seem like An liked Third not Too...so if they had cleared that up a bit more, it would make more sense. Either way, I guess more BL couples for people to ship.

I agree with you....Yeah I am not interested in seeing them as a couple. I don't get the need of some dramas to always have extra BL couples..when clearly there isn't enough time to develop them and sometimes it comes out of nowhere. And if in the book neither of these boys are a couple, why even try to hint it or introduce it?

I am actually rooting for the doctor...but I don't know if he's in love with Nira too...I need to watch the whole 7 episodes in English before i can make a decision on what I want her to do. Honestly speaking, I would rather she not get with the uncle and instead love herself enough to live her own life away from those people.

I feel you...He was able to see it because Third saved it to his facebook and since it was his laptop, facebook was already logged on and he most recent activity was probably the video. I mean Khai was probably not going to do any work and instead log into his own facebook to "flirt" or find "girls", and instead got to see Third's confession...

I'm looking forward to 6 ^_^...I'm trying to keep myself from ready the novel cause then I would spoil it for myself. If I had read the novel first, I would be okay, but I want to experience the drama this way :( I have read some spoilers and it seems that the real crying fest will start soon.

The revenge really happened because of her mother's death. I think that before her mom died, she was going to just live her life as a woman and be happy, with her mother by her side, but after that, she was ready to battle all of the people who hurt her and her mother.
