MODC to me was an amazing drama even with the ending. Not all BLs need to be sunshine and unicorns for me. I like good storytelling even if it ends in tragedy. I'm just one of those people🤷🏽‍♀️

No one suspected that Dr. Sak was harvesting organs in the hospital for years. He could easily manipulate anyone and can also arrange for the paperwork to say whatever he wants it to say. he could say that Rit went in for an emergency appendicitis and then turn around and write something else in his records, for example. if you have been watching the drama, you will know that Rit and his mother DID NOT KNOW he had one of his kidneys taken. It was when he tried to commit suicide that Tin figured it out and they tried to look for his records in the hospital, but they could not access them. IT was Gap's father in another hospital that told Rit the suspicion that Tin and Sing had was true. His mother was also devastated when she learned about it.

The same with Mai's mother. He has been keeping her sick in the hospital for the purpose to harvest organs from her. The last thing was to kill her to take her heart as we saw in one of the episodes.

Again you give too much credit to some killers. When someone is shooting into a crowd it often ends up killing innocent people who are in their way. I don't know if you really aren't understanding the story so I can't help you with that. As someone who does work in the field of Criminal Justice, I will tell you that most killers don't care for common sense or who the heck is in their way.

2) is so simple. Rit was the intended target, Tin was probably the second (but that is yet to be seen) however, he went after both Rit and Tol as they were together. He probably wanted to kill Tol to get him out of the way. Killers aren't going to stop and think "ummm this might be an innocent person, let me not kill them" no they are going to eliminate anyone in their way. Tin got involved in saving them as well. The killer is just intent on killing those who got in his way.

Do you think most killers care who they kill? He probably got mad that Tol got in the way and wanted to teach him a lesson the same with Tin trying to protect Tol.

I think that the major issue isn't if he went for it or not, it was the lack of a senior doctor or team to do this proceedure. Remember, all of the doctors we have been watching are residents and they don't really get to make such big decisions without consulting their superiors.
