Japan always coming through...I've been watching Japanese BLs for over 15 years (ugg I'm hella old) and I am so happy to see them finally doing more and having more access to them (I had to hunt down raw dramas from Japan sometimes using p2p sites uggg those were the days)
is the cursed ep 11...will this drama actually do something different and end on a good note? I hope so, they've been breaking a few tropes here and there!
Asia itself is very racist due to colonoization and very particular about skin color. Many prefer light pale skin…
Now I remember this user. I believe they were called Rebbecca something...No point in wasting your time explaining to them. I'm blocking this invididual as they have an agenda. No matter how you explain it, they are stuck in this mentality. they had the nerve to say I am protecting Chan 3's wallet as if I have any stake in that company. LOL....they are too much. Lets keep this page clean from this mess.
Triage episode 1 rocked out! I used to be a nurse and I was clocking all the things they did right (and the few…
That's because from what I know, the writer of the manner of death and triage Sammon is a doctor or in the medical field, so it makes sense that they weren't so good with the police/crime stuff and barely touched on the medical aspects in that drama.

I think this person is that other banned user that used to say the same thing a few years ago. I can't remember their username, but it was the same tiring speech. I don't bother with people like this who can't see that the issue is far bigger and more complex than they think. Just boycotting one drama or channel isn't going to magically fix the problems Black and people of color (like myself) have experienced and will continue to experience; to actually fix the problem they would have to boycott all entertainment worldwide as the issues are so deeply rooted. Not saying that we can't call out these things, but it will take a lot more than just one show being dragged for it to fix the problem. I admire this person's persistence in calling out this issue, but they are going about it the wrong way. Not to mention that their issue is dark-skinned actors not getting lead roles, but forgets to mention that Chan 3 has been one of the few Thai channels that actually has even given dark-skinned actors screen time. A small step, but a step nonetheless.
This is a good start. I am going to wait for Subs but this is easy to follow (also helps that I did read the novel a while ago so a lot of it is coming back to mind)
Also, Tee looks so ethereal, he totally looks different from his other characters here. What a cute kid!

I tought it was pretty clear with the way the production team wanted that not just put in the script, but also with the translations. No idea why they keep saying you are wrong, it is coming from the production team themselves. Then again, some people just want to see what they want to see.
The condom scene had no right to be this sensual.Aaaah! The feels ðŸ˜They should have a rule concerning an expiration…
"Is toh manipulating Nuea" my comment below which is when you probably saw it, is about how both of them use manipulation tactics to get what they want from each other. When someone uses the crying or sulking tactic to get their partner to do something that is manipulation. It isn't a negative thing if both use it. Not to mention that this is actually a great way to show that Toh is an active participant in his relationship and that Nuea also is okay with it. He himself had been manipulating Toh a few episodes ago to get close to him.
She/her and it was made clear in the episode when she and touch were in the food stall. The show put an explanation as to why Touch refered to Daisy by her preferred pronouns to show he respects her.
These two kinky weirdos (nuea/toh) deserve each other LOL. I don't really go for second couples in BLs, but I am dying for some Daisy and Touch! Something about their couple is intriguing to me and I guess it is because Daisy identifies as a She/Her and those characters rarely get any screentime/stories. I really want the last few episodes to focus on their progression and not just show them getting together without us seeing it.
I lowkey was annoyed with Sky's friends, but I also liked that they showed us that even if you are part of the LGBTQAI+ community, you can still be a bigot/racist/homophobic, etc. They were downright mean to Jao to his face. Many people think that the LGBTQAI+ community is all nice and sh** but let me tell you it is not. I am part of that community and have been exposed to so much vitriol and hate from others, so it is good to have that conversation and call it out (think about those who identify as gays/lesbians who hate on bisexuals cause they don't think bisexuality exists, or even in the ACE community which I am part of, we have Aro aces who don't believe demi-aces for the same reason as some gays don't believe bi-people) Such complexity of issues and identities and the community tends to breed resentment/hate, etc. I wish Sky had called them out more on their bias and not so much on his previous casanova lifestyle. It would have been a strong point for the series. But it was still awesome to see it.
This drama is great in many things despite its flaws. I really love the supportive friendships all around. From the geek squad to the jock squad and the ways that these stereotypes are also broken down. To the honest discussions about attraction, sex, compulsive behaviors such as taking "trophies" (Toh) to how the jocks are still human and they feel the same way others do. Sometimes they have to upkeep this tough persona in their social circles, but when they are with their close friends, they become silly and funny (Nuea and Sky) They talk about insecurities not just with their physical appearance (Jao) but with their low self-esteem.
And can we talk about how manipulative Toh really is??? OMG this kid, he is no damsel in distress. He knows how to play the game well when it comes to Nuea! Not like Nuea isn't also using manipulative traits to get what he wants from Toh, but it is refreshing to see that Toh is more than just some geeky "bottom" and he actually has control of the relationship and is an equal partner to Nuea. This episode was hilarious, though felt a bit disjointed in some parts. It is expected to be honest as they seem to be going into the dreaded cursed episode 11.
if I may ask y isn't this show on the list of top airing shows in Thailand on this website....clearly it has a…
Honestly? I think MDL have their bias and it is that they prefer more Het dramas from Korea and China and if you notice they dominate this site. Look at the majority of the content they write or spotlight. It is always Korean or Chinese, and it is not because MDL are homophobic per se, because even bad BLs from Korea get a higher rating than amazing Bls from Taiwan, Japan, and Thailand. Lately, all they keep talking about is Korean Bls (which are boring to me with one or two exceptions) so the issue isn't homophobia either. I've noticed this for quite a while now. The homepage doesn't even have any news on any actors or series from other countries except Korea and China. Granted they can do what they want with their site, but it is becoming obvious that other genres and countries don't get the same level of love.

Simply Falling - by Iyeoka

Good luck and happy watching the rest of you.
