Here is what I would like to see this drama do for it to actually be good IMO 1) the Lesbian couple should be the most healthy relationship in this toxic of a drama. P'Am deserves to find someone who truly treasures her after the disappointment that was her previous relationship and the loss of her child. 2) Earth needs to end up alone and find himself away from these toxic people. He needs to focus on his career and being independent from Sam. 3) Stud needs to be alone as well. He hasn't learned to be mature and he can't provide Earth wiht the stable relationship Earth deserves. I would root for him if he wasn't hell bent on being a toxic Di** To earn Earth he would have to do a lot of changes in his life. 4) Boyo sucks. I don't like her at all. I think she's too needy and now plays the naive girl. Like come on, her character is frustrating and I would not find myself being her friend tbh. 5) Boom seemed like a cool chick, but she like Earth is too dependent on her relationship. I get it she has gone through a lot because of men chasing after her for sex and her looks, but she could also give herself a break from the jealousy and insecurities she continues to have with her boyfriend. (though she kind of needs someone more mature) 6) Bew---what a pathetic and sad person. Nothing redeeming about her and if they do redeem her character through some dumb plot device...I give up! 7) Safe and Bew deserve each other (two broken, sad and toxic people)
I personally would have liked a different ending. I would have wanted both to have separated for a bit of time so they could sort their feelings. Coming out is a big deal for someone in denial like Rocky and the added pressure of Judah's love for him could be overwhelming. For Judah, he needs time to sort his feelings of inadequacy and feeling unloved. Part of that means truly dealing with his Lolly and Mother's abandoment issues.
Overall, the drama was great and the ending wasn't bad, but it would have benefited from a time apart montage and then reuniting when both truly were ready to give each other 100% of their attention and love.
This whole season was just tossed together. Nine of these plot points will be resolved. They have two eps to go.…
