When you realise this is the same team of screenwriters and directors who are working behind ā€˜I feel you linger…
I had to go look and no way this team gave us Lovely Writer… I love that show šŸ˜‚ what is this even

I just want to say that that tiny scene at the hospital when Joke crouches between Zo’s legs, and then the way Joke holds on to Zo’s wrist/hand as the later leans in to him, was a work of art. This pair is always heart fluttering together.

That being said, I do agree the plot is weak and these two should come back with something meateir. GMTTV needs to give us JoongDunk as bad guys šŸ™ players work too, I’ll take anything murkier and preferably out of college.

Title The Eighth Sense Spoiler
I’m one of those people who really enjoyed this show and just wanted to add two cents on why that is. Mental…
But that’s exactly the point the show (and I!) tried to make. Jihyun did not fix Jaewon. He returned simply because he found his way out of the hole first, and that was when Jihyun was finally able to reach him. The significance of the scenes before he confronts his ex gf in the library show the passing of time and the return of Jaewon’s smile, which at this point have nothing to do with Jihyun. We see him in different seats in the classroom, smiling as he goes up the stairs, there’s a whole coloration change to bright tones to indicate the change in his mental state.

In short, he returned to himself on his own.The song and the gift was just the push he needed to make up his mind and go to Jihyun.

I get what you mean with them not talking about stuff, but I honestly think it was a directing choice in order to not bog down the poignency of their reunion. I prefer it, but I understand people may want full tidy closure. As for forgiving the terrible friends, I’m with you on that, but I’m just going to think Jaewon is a much kinder person than I’ll ever be lol In this regard I agree that the story isn’t perfect, maybe they should have saved us the making nice with the friends, and used that time for the main couple to communicate.

I really do get that this show is not for you, but I like discussing shows I like 🤣 sorry for the long reply

Maybe there is something wrong with me, but I don't even think this show is worth more than a 7.5. It's okay,…
I’m one of those people who really enjoyed this show and just wanted to add two cents on why that is. Mental health doesn’t have an easy fix. It’s hard and difficult, lonely and ugly. Jaewon returned to Jihyun at the end not because Jihyun could help him, but because he made a concious choice to face his fears and finally do something he truly wanted, despite his mental health. In a way, he took a ā€œselfishā€ step towords his own happiness. He finally choose himself. Maybe he couldn’t pursue the career he wanted, and his brother’s death will most definetly remain relevant for the rest of his life, but at least he was brave enough to love who he wanted. The story doesn’t promise smooth sailing ahead for these two, but they will definetly try.

I need some short light-hearted BL recommendations, please.I have seen Ossan's Love, Old Fashion Cupcake, Cherry…
Watch Our Dining Table (Bokura no Shokutaku) !!! It's my absolute favorite.
Kieta Hatsukoi is also really good!

This would honestly be better if they didn't spoil so much in the description. I wish I'd never read the second…
OMG yes! This kind of story stresses me out because they’ve already told us we are heading for a wreck and yet here I am lol

I’ve been trying to figure out what makes me love this drama so so much and I think so much of it is down to…
Can I also add that this has that vibe reallyyy good Japanese shows often have. I can simply describe it as extraordinarily ordinary slice of life. The colorization, the rain, the way it’s shot. It just makes you feel things.

I kinda feel like Atsuki isn't getting the hype he deserves. Kouhei is handsome af no doubt, but Atsuki is probably…
Right, they are both soooo good looking, it’s not often you get such crazily paired visuals in a show. In that sense they also resemble BrightWin in 2gether lol

Mid show sandwiched between a great first and last episode. Could have definetly been better, specially regarding pacing. It was crazy to see what the writers regarded as necessary, over the relationship development in such a short show. Seriously, why would you cram all the good parts into 30 min?

That being said, I personally loved all 4 of our main dudes. Wish we had gotten more of them, instead of work. I have a 9-5, I can hear about work at work lol

Luffy, as a character, really is lovable in all of his renditions. IƱaki did a good job.

This was super cute! This ep is mostly set us up for Season 2, hopefully it really does happen. I would love some actual ghostly problems with JC hearing voices, and BX helping fix their problems now that he doesn’t have to hear them lol

Time to rewatch now that the season is complete! Also, I still don’t know what to rate this because there was nothing groundbreaking but it did such a good job at what it set out to do : be cute.

Ep 7 is what the show could and should have been. The pacing was really good, and it made 29 minutes feel way longer, in a good way. I’m excited for the final episode but I feel a little sad getting a glimpse of how good this show could have been.

Also, can I just say I’m into THIS Lee Jun. I get that he was in a new enviornent, starting a new life, and not confident, but I wish they had at least shown us glimpse of him earlier. If this was the way he acted in his later idol days, then I can see why Simeon and Hyunjae fell for him. He’s kinda… cool.

Just finished this and I just have to say this is one of the best BL dramas I've watched. (Might even in the top 10 of ALL the show's I've watched.) So if you need a small push to watch this, this is it. I promise you won't regret it.

I thought it might be related to "The First Love Manual" but I don't even think it's the same production company.
Yes! I was like "that's it ? that's all we're getting?" lol I mean it makes sense-- maybe because they are both marketing companies/graphic designers ??? (I think) and they had some sort of project together lol
