this is a hyper realistic drama? no, this is just boys over flowers but with intimate scenes..... the lesbians were the only good part of the entire show, that's for sure.
nabi at the end be like: yea i know he will hurt me, he'll do the worst things to me, he'll kill my pet fish and set my house on fire but he's so hot so i will date him.
ok i'm just sharing my random thoughts here but maybe this happened to some of y'all too
i'm just normally watching an episode of this drama, and some thing will happen to a character and i'm like: NO this is getting too real for me. i'm not ready to witness all my emotions right now. then young do will say something, and i'd be like...... 'oh so that is what's wrong with me.' yeah...... that's pretty random but whatever.
idk i just felt bad for nabi now. jae eon is absolutely not the right guy for her (he's not the right guy for anyone for that matter) but do hyeok is only in love with the idea of nabi, not nabi herself. still, do hyeok is the better choice out of the two and if nabi totally wants to go the self destructive way, she can choose jae eon and keep on hurting herself for the sake of 'feeling that special attraction with someone'. the best thing she could do is end up alone and learn more things about herself. i think she should get therapy for what her mom did to her and then her own relationship problems and focus on her work. maybe, the feelings her professor wants to show in her piece are not love for someone else, but self- love.
as for soljiwan, they're the best part of the show for me. they have good chemistry with each other and every time i see them together, i literally smile like a fool cause they're so cute. i hope we finally get some conclusion and more scenes of them together in the last episode.
there is a difference between having an opinion and being homophobic. you can say 'if you don't like it, that's still how it is' but that shows just how you little you care about the lgbtq community that even after realizing that many gay people are offended, you still refuse to take back what you said or even apologize. you should at least apologize to @AlysonGirl who was nothing but respectful in wording their opinions but you still called them a 'liar' and insulted them. although, judging from your comments, i'm sure that you don't care about people and their sentiments so you probably won't but they definitely deserve it.
if gay people are asking you to not do something, you listen. that's just how it is. if a black person told me not to do something, i wouldn't do it, out of respect for them. that's just common human decency.
did u just say that @AlysonGirl is pretending to be gay just to prove your point? also, no one wants to be SJW here, we're just very much against you spreading a false narrative against gay people. instead of apologizing for the harm you've caused by stereotyping a fictional queer character, you're now attacking real gay people. get out of here, you raging homophobe!
'we'? they're literally talking about the community that they are a part of? one which you don't have any right to say anything about. again, if gay people made stereotypes about their lives, then they are the only ones who could use them or talk about them. and are you really comparing animals with gay people? that shows me how much you like gay people. i don't think you should even be watching this show if you're homophobic.
this is my favorite kdrama ever and i absolutely hate how underrated it is. this drama started as a cute, historical rom com but it ended up completely destroying me. the leads had so much chemistry together and the acting was great. the side characters were amazing too!
okay so i'm two episodes in and i totally love the vibes of this show.... it kind of reminds me of run on? which is one of my favorite kdramas ever so i'm hoping that the rest is good too.
everyone here on mdl hates this show and its funny cause on every other site, people are obsessed with it. every person i know who watches kdramas watches this show and everyone on instagram and twitter seems to ask only one thing- "are you watching nevertheless". it also ranks in the top 10 on netflix in my country every week and even hospital playlist (which everyone here LOVES) doesn't do that.
how disappointing.........
