ok so i still love winteam and i am gonna continue watching the show for bounprem but in all honesty, this show is full of contradictions. in fact, the show started with a scene that contradicts a lot of team's storyline. my dude was struggling to get up, he was sleeping that good but apparently he has insomnia so that scene made no sense? like you'd expect them to show team struggling to sleep right off the bat or swimming or something else but they showed him sleeping peacefully? the second one was win having posters of so many bands but admitting to never listening to any music at all. win please pick a struggle! third one is team's trauma stemming from swimming but his entire life is about swimming now. if swimming is the cause of your nightmares, you should stay far away from it. no one is telling this boy that he should stop swimming like he almost died because of it... the fourth one is win. istg win is driving me crazy. win is doing and saying nice things to team but he refuses to label their relationship and that is pretty weird to me. if i was team i would be hella confused. it seems like the writer doesn't know what to do with them so they're making them repeat the same things over and over again. instead of saying 'because it is you' which is pretty vague, they could've made win admit his feelings but no we've gotta create misunderstandings.
the only good things about this show are winteam and the chemistry they have with one another. team's scenes with manow and pharm are also cute and windean scenes are also watchable. all the other side couples, characters and their storylines are unbearable to watch and i am sorry but what is wrong with the actor who plays win's youngest brother? why is his acting so weird lol? anyway imma watch for bounprem. this show is a mess but i cannot say i expected anything better from the guy who directed the sky in your heart series.
so who's gonna tell them we don't care about ABCD or whatever they're called. remove their scenes and give us winteam with deanpharm and manowpruk instead! i really just want them to talk and have a meaningful conversation. istg they are doing everything that boyfriends do, they're just not acknowledging it! also they've put so many unnecessary scenes no one asked for but they removed that one important red thread scene. it was such a good scene where they all were together talking about soulmates. if someone hasn't watched uwma, they're gonna be hella confused as to why win is playing with a damn rope for no reason whatsoever. they took away the context and without it, the scene just does not have any impact!
how many people can say that their partner got down on their knees and barked for them..... not many...... i suppose. ladies never settle for anything less!
this show is so interesting but the contestants are so damn superficial. like what do ya'll even talk to each other about? it's like they are there to find hookups not relationships. no one goes for people who are actually nice and interesting and these men just hate tan girls. the colorism is showing. i'm not seeing what they see in soeun and seulki. soe, nadine and sejeong seem more interesting and genuine but i digress.....
my girl soe deserves so much better than that guy. like girl i am rooting for you but not for your taste in men like the guy is okayish looking but you can do so much better than him
i did not expect this show to be this good..... like this is the fluff we need to watch in stressful times. my mood automatically gets better when i watch an episode
team is such a good friend, not just to pharm but also to dean. i think a lot of people who were calling team selfish can relax now. i'm pretty sure team is gonna fight for win and fight with win when push comes to shove. he might be the one who needs protection and reassurance right now but he is perfectly capable of giving the same to win in the future. team is just such a good person and i think a lot of it comes from prem who plays team with a lot of heart and whatever sides he chooses to show make him appear like a good person with no spite.
my biggest problem not really with the show but with the characters themselves comes from the ending scene. this was the scene where win needed to tell team that he isn't just playing with him, he actually cares about him but instead he ended up having sex with him. now, communication cannot be replaced with physical touch but this is happening in the show not because the show does not know how to write meaningful conversations between the two but because win- the character has only known physical intimacy, flirting and playful banter and is not well-versed with..... all that relationship stuff. he does not know how to convey his feelings to team yet. i mean he knows what he wants and he knows the right words but he is literally standing in his own way and not letting himself be open and honest with team which is a big problem. this should not continue because they're already walking down the slippery slope and someone as insecure and fragile like team needs someone who is sure of their feelings. he needs to be clear about what he wants and actually communicate that to team.

okay so i absolutely love this show but i can agree that you made some points there. i think this show is a wish fulfillment… it’s a fantasy where you self insert yourself as team and all your desires are fulfilled by this one person (who’s very conventionally attractive) without giving anything in return (at least for now). as someone who has difficulty sleeping almost everyday (i won’t call it insomnia tho) and well… childhood trauma this show is perfect for me cause it’s like what i’d want for myself in an ideal world but ofc that’s not how relationships in real life work and if someone does that irl they’re an asshole and well win’s entire character is unrealistic for better or for the worse so it’s great to watch this show for escapism but let’s not take away any major lessons from their relationship and incorporate them in our real lives.
