I knew a lot of our main leads have a tragic love story...But I feel like I'm not ready for it...I'm kind of relieving the pain I felt about Yuzhen's fate... Anyway, I'm loving the story. My favorite so far is Lei Mengsha.
I watched until ep 23, but based on the rants here, I decided to drop cos I am also one of those who are uncomfortable just by watching SRQ onscreen. Bye!
Ok, so it was a dream. Still, Jaemin is not drawing boundaries with this new man who is so obvious to the naked eye that he's making a move on him. Jaemin is being swayed that's a fact and I don't like it one bit.

For the past 6 episodes, Su Rongqing to me was incredibly sus and I kind of disdained him a bit. But the last two episodes made me think again. He looked like he also went back in time. His attitude was very sincere and he looked like he truly wants the best for Li Rong. This made me very curious on his story, why he killed Li Rong in the previous lifetime when he obviously loved her. This made me reflect on his last words to Li Rong before she died, no one deserved the princess, this included him and Pei Wen Xuan.
I really hope this lifetime would be different and that everyone gets their happy ending. The tragedy of the past was heartbreaking and it would be too much if it would go down the same trajectory again.

This couple comes back with more refined acting since LitA. Their chemistry is electrifying gawd my jaw drop. They kiss like there's no tomorrow and I'm all for it!!!
I dove into this with zero expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. I love the flow of the story, no unnecessary conversations, and every character feels vivid. ZJY's Hua Zhi is exceptionally portrayed. Her character is brilliant, strong, does not betray herself. She is learning daily (whether in business or her family). I love such characters who doesn't scream and blame her lover without hearing his explanations for something he has done. Anyway, I like her a lot and I'm looking forward to what's next.
I don't trust the emperor, the father, and the step mother for ML's mum's death. I think there's more to this story and somehow Hua family is involved, or witness. Looking forward to the next episodes!
