A Hundred Memories Episode 2

I love how the setting creates a unique, beautiful little universe of its own. It perfectly reflects the pain and beauty that walk hand in hand throughout each person’s journey. It’s impossible not to be moved by Ko Yeong Rye’s story she carries an innocence (not in a naive way) that allows her to see the beauty in life, even when reality is so harsh. Her siblings, and the quiet sacrifices of her mother who struggles to express love, hint at so many layers waiting to be uncovered. On the other side, we have the captivating and magnetic Seo Jong Hui, who, despite her confidence, is clearly running from someone. I kept wondering what kind of situation she’s escaping and why she feels the need to lie so much. Han Jae Pil reveals the darker side of privilege he may have financial stability, but lacks his father’s love and grew up witnessing his violence.I’m really looking forward to discovering every detail of each character’s story. As for the romance… well, that’s a separate matter for me.

I didn’t plan to start any new releases, but I just couldn’t resist. The first episode really picks up from the moment the main characters meet the way their lives intersect feels natural and builds anticipation. Especially the girls their friendship is beautiful. Kim Dami and Shin Yeeun make a wonderful duo!
