i like how fort’s character is still the same old clingy dom and peat is the same old annoyed kitty with love…
Yes, at least now Peat's character is the rich one, unlike in LITA. And he's also the older one.
Don't get me wrong, I like the trope with one character chasing the other, it's entertaining to watch, although I imagine it quite annoying in real life. But next time (because I hope these two will have another series together if this one is successful), I hope Peat's character will be the one pursuing Fort's. I personally would love to see it.
I could stare at Peat doing nothing all day and not get tired of it. The guy has incredibly beautiful eyes.
I was hoping their dymanics not to be as similar in this series as they were in LITA, but I'll take it as it is. The setting is so gorgeous that I don't really mind. And again, Peat. <3
They've announced a special episode and it seems they're filming it already! I personally can't wait, I miss Ji and Achi so much. So far, this series is still one of the highlights for me this year and just rewatched the main couple's scenes this week.
I don't care about his tears, to me Ming is a horrible person through and through who feels entitled to treat everybody who isn't his family or his crush (whoever he considers it to be) like garbage. The only people he's treated decently are his sister and Tong.
Even if he sees Joe (both of them) as a replacement for Tong and "old" Joe, he has no right to treat him the way he does and ruin his life on whim.
His obssessive, possessive and extremely jealous behaviour towards Joe hasn't changed at all and a nice and gentle person like Joe will inevitably get suffocated by it one day. I'm very glad Joe stood his ground in this episode and hope he'll keep it up. If these two will be ending up together, both of them have a lot of growing up to do.
Crazy how they confirmed it airs july 5th but they're only on Q3?? That seems like a really short amount of time…
Q4 today, but IA, there's no way they would manage to release this on 5-th July, unless it's very short or they start airing it before the shooting is over.
Ming hasn't changed at all, he's still as toxic and horrible and selfish as he was two years ago. I can't believe he still thinks Joe would return to him even if he was alive.
Joe doesn't seem to be paying attention to what he's saying all the time, his slips are getting repetitive. If he wants to use his chance for a new life (Ming-free!!!), he should really be more careful with his words.
Does anybody know if there will be a secondary couple (a less toxic one, plz) here?
Honestly, I've seen several BLs with somehow toxic MLs, but this is the very first time I totally, utterly, without any doubt hope and pray the main couple will not end up together. Please, let Joe meet someone else.
Ming is batshit insane, he needs therapy asap, not a boyfriend. Compared to him, Boston and Ray appear harmless.
It's been a while since I started this and put it on hold because the first episode didn't really engage me, but I finally picked it up again and finished it and I have to say that I really enjoyed it.
The thing I didn't like was the main couple, but I adored the side couple, Alan and Jeff have my whole heart, they were so lovely! Thankfully, the story was interesting and there were several multifaceted and compelling characters (Way, Pete, Babe, Kenta, Dean, Jeff, Alan) and some very good actors, which compensated my lack of interest in the main couple. I particularly liked the acting of the actors who played Way and Babe, but generally, the whole cast was very good, with very small exceptions. Well done, I'm glad I returned and finished this.
I have to agree with you and even some elements pointed into this direction but I don't know I felt a bit disappointed…
I completely agree, 5 or even 10 years age gap would've been enough, they didn't need to make it 20 years, but I guess they are going for all or nothing to emphasize how love knows no boundaries or stuff like that. ;)

The age gap is indeed bigger than I thought, because until now, I never thought of Kyo as Askorn's uncle, he simply doesn't look old enough. It helps that the actor playing Kyo is in his thirties (even though in the story he's supposed to be in his fourties) and it shows, he doesn't look 20 years older than Askorn. This helps to accept the age gap, to be honest. :)
IMO, Kyo never made romantic advances on Askorn because he knew Askorn was falling for him (Songjam) in the past through the mirror; after all, he set it up himself, and it would've been weird to start courting Askorn at the same time as himself in the future, i.e as Kyo while knowing Askorn and Songjam were falling for each other. He was waiting for the right moment - the moment Songjam destroyed the mirror - to reveal himself. To me, it makes sense.
So I guess I'm the only one not bothered by the age gap, because from the poster, I kinda guessed Askorn was going to end up with Kyo at the end, the poster is very obvious. This is a really original story and I'm fine with Askorn ending up with Songjam from the past or the future, they are the same person after all.
For as long gmmtv is willing to give me Pond and Phuwin's characters falling in love, I'm going to be watching. Loved them in FUTS and NLMG, love them here. Both Phum and Peem are down so bad. Toey is the cutest matchmaker ever, but I don't think they really need him.
That being said, please give us also a Tan/Fang kiss in the next episodes. If all the couples are going to be paired off so early, dramas and breaks up later are inevitable and I want to see all the kisses now as long as they are happy and giddy. ;)
It's so unfair we get only one episode a week. The series is long and we should've gotten two episodes, like gmmtv normally does with their longer dramas.
I can't believe I'm saying this, because I couldn't finish Sotus, but from the new series announced today this one is the one I'm anticipating most. Very, very excited for this!
A healthy relationship between two characters with zero toxiciy, no unfounded jealousy, stupid break-ups or misunderstandings is so rare in the BL genre that I had to give this a high rating just for that. Well done, thank you. It was so refreshing to see a relationship between two greens flags who stuck together until the end.

From what I've seen, the series has had some success in Thailand, so I hope for another series with them too.
