Jo Bo Ah!! she was perfect! How could her character played any better??? Innocence, beauty, craziness, obsession, cruelty, depression, ... So many many feelings and characteristics she displayed through her role in this movie.

My Opinion about the characters:
Soo Ro: rightful
Hwang Ok: strong
Ah Hyo: selfish
Iljinashi: pitiful
the mothers: stupid AF
Shin Gwi Gan: typically Bad
Tal Hae: smart+trash
Sa Chi: funny

I'm so frustrated at the romance part. Why do you invest so much in a fictional character, while the real queen is there and is his final companion. So much romance potential wasted because of the out-of-nowhere relationship with the Silla Princess.
Also, when he is finally starting to forget about the Silla Princess. why you kill her???? I was anticipating to see him move on and find somebody who deserves him. But you kill her. Like OK there is no one out there so i marry you.
I expected much more intense and tasteful romance for the legendary queen who had 12 kids with the king and could even give her own surname to two of them.

I hope she won't end up with any of the guys. The moments with Jiho doesn't seem romantic and he is too plain. She also barely had moments with Jasung. So I think none of the guys deserve her. ‌But by the soundtrack and forced romantic cliches that was made between her and Jiho I think the writers want her to end up with him. I hope I'm wrong.

I actually dropped it because of male lead. Shin Se Kyung's acting was pretty good there, but the male lead was so bland and emotionless.

Exactly! she seems very young. When I saw her first time at Laughter In Waikiki, I was like how can somebody who herself is like a baby can have a baby. But she portrayed her role very well.

She is very cute and seems very younger than her age. So you won't feel 10 years age gap.

1st season we have Jae Rim without So Eun. 2nd season we have So Eun without Jae Rim. Why are they doing this to us?

But i cannot find any male actor at her age that is at her level. She is a very capable actress, every time she cried in BR, i started to cry unconsciously. Rookie young partners just ruin her chemistry.

A high-quality movie. You'd never regret spending your time on it.
Although the movie was in wartime, it had some hilarious comedy scenes.
But the Romance tag is a bit misleading. you can't say it had ROMANCE. Maybe "Slight Romance" tag would be better than the "Romance" genre.
