OMG like the drama was good but I really wanted a super cool scene where Xiao yi would be called out by his real name and would walk the ramp for the completion of the project or something like that --- I really felt like his name was a big part of the story and represented his dad's name being cleared as well ---- ahhhh I really wish that was the ending!!! would've been a goosebumpy scene!!

felt like the first half was strong and the middle when they started dating kinda felt a bit too tropeyy and I think I liked how the beginning didn't involve the step-dad, since he stepped in, kinda killed the vibe for a bit...

you cannot really cling on to a scandal, when someone has passed away and the family did nothing to protect their child when they were alive nor did they do something during the passing instead they chose to come out of it when somebody was at the peak of their career --- im not saying anyone's in the right here -- but you really. cannot. speak . for those who have passed. especially if it wasn't a case of abuse.

yes we can agree on that the plot doesn't deserve a 9, but go find me another BL that's flawless, has consensual scenes, and has actors who aren't super awkward when they act -- even the minor roles like the kids, and the sides like plub, est, William were all so natural that they felt main character ---- I get that it perhaps didn't awe you the whole time, but it's undeniable that it managed to deliver on every single episode and that IMO deserves a 9!!! not everything good has to be deep

they deserve a 11/10 just for the amount of fantastic creativity involved in the making of every single scene and every single shot! the comedic sound effects, the style, the set, the cast, omg and the thee tv and the ending credits!!!! haha I actually visited the place from meet yourself and the filming locations! absolutely beautiful! now that's propaganda I can take haha. the realistic kind and the drama brought so much tourism and attention to the ethnic minorities who lived in Dali too- a wonderful impact really!

I really want a super romantic show from some older actors - a kdrama like cdrama, who would make a good couple? maybe lixian? xu kai? Lin yi?
