it was fake I’m pretty sure, a couple of other ppl also mentioned that it was fake below. They did press lips but then after that it was just positioning but I guess it depends on perspective.

I just finished the drama and tbh the FL got a bit annoying and ignorant. I think she got too invested in her short story and making it into a movie, she ended up pushing away her closet friends and husband. Notably the ML was abit over protective, however he was nothing but supportive of her career. I think most the misunderstandings were brought on by the FL, the FL never ceased to explain anything to the ML and she would always say things like “stop making unnecessary trouble” or “it’s ur none of business”. Hmm I think it could of been better.

the FL already confessed and they had their first kiss (it was fake)! and it’s only been like 5 episodes. The pacing is abit fast and judging from the ending and beginning theme song, the FL is gonna suffer more then the ML. And also i get second hand embarrassment from the way the FL is behaving. I think the drama is alright, could be better.

WAIT BIG PLOT TWIST! after watching the last episode, it looks like the jade pendant belongs to Nin Xing. So Nin Xing is the princess not Xi Ruo. Lmao

After watching all of the trailers, I think what happens is that the FL likes the SML however the SML marries another women due to a misunderstanding and betrays her. And then the ML is the one who swoops in and comforts her. However it’s still obviously a love triangle.

nah the MDL thing is wrong. I can read a little bit of Chinese and on the poster it says 2 episodes every Thursday and Friday!

They didn’t want the parents to feel guilty for making the FL lose her baby. Cos the FL technically lost the baby while trying to protect the parents. Additionally the ML’s dad at the time was very ill and they didn’t want to worsen his illness.

the drama is currently still on air, it’s upto ep20 raw rn. There’s 4 more episodes to go! in the drama, Jiang Aunty (step mother) has barely had any scenes actually, however based on her expressions, you can see that she doesn’t rlly care about the FL or her achievements. Tbh idek if Su Yuan Yuan is a boy or girl lmao! They just mentioned that it was Jiang Aunty’s kid once in the drama, I have no idea what they even look like. I think Su Yuan Yuan is gonna come back from abroad in the final episodes and then we shall see if they evil. However I doubt that the plot will be very long or annoying cos the drama is ending soon anyway.

In the drama Jiang Shao Kai is a playboy and Jiang Shao Kai ends up with Luo Xiao Xi!

The ML I like in this drama however the FL can be a bit a ignorant and dumb.

she does have a step sibling ! I’m upto ep20, the sibling hasn’t had any scenes yet but they did mention that she had a step sibling called “su yuan yuan” that’s currently abroad. It’s also clear that the Jiang Aunty (her stepmother) doesn’t rlly like the FL, but who knows what will happen next. Cos so far the focus has been on the couple rather then the family.

I’m upto ep26, there has been some angst however that has never affected their relationship. There has been no major misunderstandings and the ML is nothing but understanding. Even if the FL is hiding somth from him, he is willing to wait until she is ready to tell him. Much to my expectations, her pregnancy gets exposed when the ML isn’t at home. So the ML wasn’t able to protect her and she gets kicked out:( oh and she is definitely pregnant for real this time I just know it! Also the last 10 minutes of ep26 are hilarious, there’s a twist lmao. I can’t wait for the last three episodes!

looks like FL doesn’t even know that the dog is the same one from back in highschool! aha she just thinks that the dogs have the same name. this is just my guess tho cos it looks like the same breed lol!

when the cast is only so so but the OST is amazing!

I saw a trailer that when the FL gets thrown out, Ru Er is there. So ye unfortunately she will be back :/

judging by the trailers the main events that happen next is the fake pregnancy getting exposed and her getting kicked out, then the assassins wanting the map plot will roll out. I feel like her birth secret won’t be a big deal and it will be revealed last minute aha

does anyone else wonder about the truth of FL’s birth? Like her who are her real parents? Judging from the pendant, I think her parents probs belong in the upper class.

yess same, perks of being able to watch c dramas raw aha. We get to watch upto 20eps but then we have to wait another Sunday for more eps :(

Oh yay, I hate Ru Er, it’s look like she set on fire the ML and FL’s room omg! However I did see a trailer where the FL gets kicked out for faking the pregnancy tho!

well what’s gonna happen is that they gonna get exposed for the fake pregnancy by Ru Er I assume and then the FL gets kicked out of the household and then the whole assassins plot will come into place. (The ones who wanted the map) they kinda need her fake pregnancy to be exposed for some agnst stuff :(

I mentioned this in a comment previously but yes it’s quite good and funny. Pretty much a rom com. It’s gives me major Well Intended Love vibes :)
