qin is sentimental... didn't you see the flashback.. while he was dying he oculd not hurt the quin (guessing it…
I look forward to seeing that and hopefully they will be better choices, this show is so addictive. I hope she can prevent the disasters of the people she cares about the second time around.
The scene where Xie Wei comes up close while he is teaching Jiang Xue Ning the qin, she is so surprised she falls backwards with the qin and he saves the qin instead of her is hilarious. I did not expect that! It is so troupey for the man to catch the woman in Asian dramas instead he saves the qin and tells her off for not getting up after falling.
after episode 4 I'm sure she wasn't pretending to be in love with him, somehow, they ended up falling for each…
I also think she must have felt something for him but it is such a tragic situation with him taking the lives of her family given his circumstances with his step father and her slashing him with the sword. I agree we need more information on whether it truly is her that took his life and what the circumstances are. So sad.
I really don't think that she killed him out of spite. When she killed him, they were hiding from some people…
thanks for sharing your thoughts on this, I'm having some trouble too reconciling some of it too. I don't want to think they don't love each other enough and was willing to take the lives of each other. I know its pretty complicated hence its a drama :).
Anyone have thoughts or opinions on this? In their previous lives back in the historical period, did she come to love him but the reasons for her killing him was more than revenge or was it really more she put up an act and was waiting for opportunity to take her revenge? I can accept she is conflicted since it is a super messed up situation with what he did and their relationship is complicated if not tragic.
the palace politics and time jump from past and current life may be confusing for many.
I can see your point that might it not be everyone's cup of tea, this is a more serious drama with some dark palace politic themes. It hits all the right notes for me so far.
I'm a couple of episodes in and WOW this CDrama is exceeding my expectations which was already high. I have been waiting for this to be released for a year. I'm surprised its only 8.4 rating?
I think they did get married. In one of the flashbacks they both were in red attire which I guess is for the wedding…
You are right she was wearing better clothes that looked like it wasn't typical servant clothes. I guess it doesn't change her objective on revenge whether she became his wife but if they got married she really stuck to her word to the end. Thanks.
Were they married in their previous lives in the historical period? In the description it says he was killed by his beloved wife? So far the episodes don't show they were married.
why nobody's talking abt this show??? it's really interesting
I don't understand it either since this is pretty good maybe there is a glut of KDramas? I am four episodes in and it is still going strong with the story.
I'm intrigued by this when I watched the first short trailer but the details described in the overview is confusing? Can anyone provide a short overview is more clear on the plot? I plan to watch this regardless or at least give it a try for the first few episodes.
Just finished all 39 eps. All I can say is wow! No man loved less than the other. They all loved Xiao Yao. But…
XL was also considerate about her reputation when he was taking her to the clam shell to revive her, he wanted to make sure her reputation wouldn't be impacted by a demon so he had CX figure out a way to make it seem like he didn't take her away.
Thanks.
