That sounds like a fake rumor. Like if it said banning censored adaptations of BL novels, I would be worried but saying "male friendships are banned" just sounds so stupid and vague. How will they measure the friendship?! Eastern cultures have different social cues about touching and stuff between people of the same sex, so how will they draw the line between bromance (as in hidden romance) and bromance (as in actual friendship)? lmao. Sounds fake.

No that was a fake rumor. They passed the first inspection or whatever it's called! If Luo's fans want GB or BG (whatever it's called) shows they can watch literally every single other thing he's in? The script writer also roasted those drama-makers. It's fine! They wouldn't adopt a BL novel if they wanted a GB story. There are tons of popular GB stories for that!
