I feel like the plot of this show is just not intriguing enough to drag viewers in. It always sounded so boring to me so I never felt hyped to watch it and after watching the first episode, it was boring. It's a shame. It seems the actors tried their best and there were even some good plot points.

Yeah but she still had the disadvantage. Like I wish she was as ruthless but she was sloppy and angry. And I still think she deserved to properly kill him. Even though their "family feud" was all someone else's schemes. And about the instinct, I just think it was because of the type of amnesia she had. She knew she was in danger but she didn't know exactly how. And I mean, he was so cruel and mean, she didn't have to think too hard to find an excuse to feel unsafe around him! If he had just been normal, she probably would've trusted him faster, sooner!

To be fair to the show...they showed two different types of amnesia. Both of which theoretically are real, just not so plot conveniently! So the first time, she forgot her memories but she had her skill sets. She could read, speak, fight, etc. So her muscle memory and general understanding of the circumstances was there. WHich is why her fight or flight instinct was so good (seducing him to stay safe, fighting when she first woke up, even trusting zichen) but the second time, it was a psychological trauma that made her forget. This way, she regressed to an earlier memory. So she knew who she was but seemingly forgot a huge chunk of her actual lived life. That's basically trauma and the memory will return with therapy. The first case, I think memory comes back when the swelling inside the brain subsides.

From what I understood, she forgot the first time, then remembered some things after she received that mail/saw the photo. Then she forgot again due to emotional trauma when she just forgot him, basically. Then when she was pushed by that other woman, everything came back. From that point on, she pretended not to know. Because she had been working with specky but even when they were alone during those first days, she really didn't know that she knew him before. It was only during the last leg of the show that she remembered the revenge plan and everything else too.
