I hope it's not due to trouble for actors. It feels really cruel how this show keeps getting postponed. When I first started to watch cdramas, I was actually really looking forward to ool. It took so long that I gave up on the show.

One guy who has done CGI on hyx and ancient love poetry said they finished their section of this show in June and that one of his friends from a different CGI group told him that they were still working on another section of the show so it's totally possible that this show is simply not finished with post-production yet!

Generally, xianxia shows take longer in post-production than modern and wuxia shows due to lots of CGI and editing. This show isn't even remotely unnaturally delayed or anything.
Personally, I'm just anxious to see it but when they started post-production, I expected a two-year wait.
