Even though I critize doramas a lot, I still call them irreplaceable shows. Dorama has its own charms. It's Japanese culture. I still love to watch doramas because they often come with out of the box stories or plot that won't be found on other shows. Most of the Japanese movies and dramas are made with utter details and logic.

Thank God, the writer wrote him as a former HR staff. So we would accept that he was naturally good in solving worker's problems. And he was like a neurotypical guy while FL more like an ADHD woman.
It's kinda a slowburn romance. Some people may find it boring because it is a mature love story, not a school/college love story. You have to watch till ep 4 to decide if it's worth or not. To be honest, the 1st episode was not engaging. It slowly got better in later episodes. The romance is not fluffy, but there are many sweet yet peaceful moments.
