2521 Ep 13 Nielsen rating National: 9.927Metropolitan: 11.001It dipped a little but still going strong.
Apparently, the episode slot being longer while the show itself was not meant that about 15 more minutes of ads was included in the average ratings? Bit worrying since tomorrow's broadcast slot is 110 minute... I hope that means the episode is longer and not 40 minutes of ads.
Personally, I don't think it's too much invested because she knows she can't change the past and does like her…
🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
I'm torn between thinking that and wondering if they're just toying with us. There were a few parallels like her also calling her mom by her name followed by Yijin. I just feel like it can go either way right now.
really??? it was fairly obvious that's where they will go.. and by 45 minutes..you know for sure that's where…
I'm not sure if I remember 100% correctly but he's not in quarantine. Heedo just said he would have to be in quarantine IF he came that's why he sent a gift instead.
Also, the grandma met him a month ago so it's possible she went somewhere and met him?
He thinks he shouldn’t be with her in that way because HD is well, just turn 20 (young). The show isn’t going…
They definitely didn't explicitly say it but I thought the scene when he realised she had grown into an adult coinciding with her still enjoying her stickers was pretty on the nose. She's an adult now and he adores her in any context. It's just slowly transitioning into a new type of adoration.
I think they're setting up a conflict but ultimately, a happy ending. Minchae is a bit too invested in their relationship considering her "real" father is alive. If it's someone else, she's definitely betrayed him a bit.
Basically me. He doesn't like to avoid HD. The only difference now is that physical intimacy is involved. Maybe…
I think it's the reality of what this really means crashing down on him. I agree maybe the end of the world stuff contributed but before, he was a low level reporter barely making waves and Heedo was newly famous. As they enter 24, 20 he probably thinks more is at stake between them.
Also, I get the impression he became too comfortable in what they had. It's slightly misleading behaviour from him but he strikes me as someone who doesn't want things to change.
Everyone entitled to their own opinion, but I do wish people would have more faith in the writer, the actors (who chose this project because of its script) and the story so far to trust them a little bit. Perhaps it will not be the ending you want, but the story won't have been any less valuable IMO.
I am just stating facts below, i didn't even watch BP. But BP accumulated 23.48M compared to 2521 21M hours last…
Well, true but 2521 has spent more weeks in the top 10 so it's easy to assume that many people will have watched the previous eps before the count even started.
2521 was the second most watched non English language series on Netflix accumulating more than 21 million hours…
It's also quite difficult for a drama of this genre to do well internationally. In Korea, it makes sense and of course the casting helps, but slice of life is a hit or miss genre. I've followed the drama since casting and I can say many many many people were only won over by 2521 once it aired and it wasn't anticipated as much as other dramas.
And def not undermining ABP but it's success in Korea is more impressive than it's success internationally because honestly it's the sort of thing that ifans like.
Wow I see some familiar faces from ABP comment section.Anyway can y'all tell me if this drama really is THAT Good?I'm…
I think it's ultimately healing/youth drama. We don't know if it will have a sad or bittersweet ending but people calling it tragic are honestly just projecting their own worries. So far, it's only been fun and healing!
I have mixed feelings? This might be rambley so apologies :PFirst, I do want him to kiss her back but I don't…
Haha, true. If Yijin wasn't a character controlled by a writer, I think a new year kiss as she becomes an adult, might prompt to at least acknowledge something like that but alas, he exists only in her script.
