from what I remember, Yue Mi (Bai Shou/Xing Yue character name in ALP) was killed by Wu Huan. This drama is different from ALP so am not sure if Mo Li is the same person as Wu Huan or different.

I don't think so, these ratings will still change once we get to latter half of the episodes. More people will drop their rating and most mdl users who have been using this site don't trust initial ratings that much.
