ehh i guess lol? it's really not that deep i assure you. again it's better not to go and judge how people react the way they do over materials like this show with several blurred lines in its nature regarding script and characters (read: under-developed!) yeh i'm new to boy love dramas and movies, and you could check my list if you're curious! probably 4-5 shows so far? and my favorite among them, i guess is cherry magic. yep i did notice boss kissing back cause i rewatched that part during my watch lmao; and i understand he returned the kiss because he's just as whipped. my point is, though, "You are the only one who makes me glad I am alive." could also be platonic; and should be interpreted by togawa that way, especially when boss never gives a hint to togawa that he's also interested in men, and when togawa seemed to assume boss is straight until that point, i just felt it's off-putting how he just, like, went ahead and do that without consent, regardless whether it's in a heat of moment, when the tension is high or whatever it was for togawa. he apologized, yep that's very nice to see, but it was my choice to still feel uncomfy and therefore i said it's 'not so nice' (and that's right, i'm the type to hold grudges pretty bad lmao.) again, for the lack of circumstances (and i won't deny my lack of attention during my 1.5x speed watch plays a part too) as well as lack of character building, i guess we can safely agree to disagree with the way we perceive characters' actions and deem them according to our own interpretation. it's never that deep and i hope you pardon me not being in the near-unanimous crowd of fans this show has garnered, especially for a show barely 30 mins each episode in a span of 5 episodes like this one ^^ though if you would like to further proving your points especially those you originally pointed out, i'll be here ready to read and discuss further. it's been entertaining here lol

oh sorry i didn't know that phrase came off that way lmao pardon my bad choice of words and/ or lack of elaboration. but um, being a one and only example of my kind on the planet earth seems pretty awesome, so i'll definitely take your advice! ... if you took that last sentence with a grain of salt then here's a little bit more explanation on my part! frankly that was my take on togawa, hostile and easily irritated. normally i do find it cute when people show some jealousy too; just that often times, it seems the show tends to portray this guy as this grumpy, childish, jealous, possessive boyfriend (which he wasn't a boyfriend at those times he showed these qualities) most of the time that leaves a bad taste in my mouth; like maybe the aim was to make viewers chuckle because ohh, it could be interpreted as cute! but it didn't work that well for me and i sincerely apologize for the difference in opinions if i could even have one as a viewer :/ so for instance, i wasn't too happy with the way he reacted and kind of threw a tantrum at his boss declining lunch for once just to hang out with another coworker in order to find out good places to invite togawa in return. the assertion part, um, i'd still like to stand by my statement at its literal sense, kiss or peck or whatever you would feel proper to label - still it's without consent. and though i would be disappointed if boss is fine with togawa doing all that stuff (going back into his apartment with his key, uh-oh, another problem here) while he's sleeping, then by all means good for him. but this is my comment and in my comment, i say it's not that nice because that's how i feel about that scene. is that okay? >.< or is it factually alright as you have reasoned them having a solid mutual trust and essentially dating? and maybe if you could enlighten me with the confession scene and the kiss scene before that being not just a type of erotic service for the BL fans, then i'll very much raise the 5 score i currently give this drama to a solid 10. though of course, you could take this promise with a grain of salt too, because so will i!
nice that they change each other for the better. not so nice that the younger one's a bit hostile and easily irritated just because his boss is being friendly with his coworkers. not so nice that the younger went back to his boss' apartment to steal a kiss - all without consent. not so nice that the younger forced a kiss on his boss, before confessing his love. it all comes down to the younger one and his questionable attitude in key points of the show that turned me off. since the runtime is limited the lack of characterization, backstory and depth of meaning is inevitable. unlike the majority, i'd recommend one not to watch it, even though office, mature romance seems to be rare? i've just dipped my toes into this huge world of BL, so take my words with a grain of salt lol.
nice simple storyline. love the conclusions. time skips play out nicely too. yuki is such a sunshine. i can watch him smile forever. jin kind of resembles gong yoo ahhh
nice one! loved that the guys dont turn malicious over fighting for their love interest. the progression to the main leads love story is really nice to watch too. light-hearted and cute, yet some meaningful message behind the concept of beauty.
