idec if it's a plot device for the main couple - san pang and lili being an item makes me extremely uncomfortable like it feels wrong to watch. he literally knew her since she was a child and acted as a parental figure toward her and now this? when she could easily be with someone her own age? just bc she's an adult now doesn't mean she is mentally mature enough to be with a man who was already grown when she was still a little girl. having them together as a plot device is lazy writing and totally unnecessary.

no, this is just tencent’s MO. they are really unreliable releasing dramas. they probably wanted to wait for the main cast’s other dramas to air first in Q3 and to wait until winter. my prediction is a december or january release. they’ve obtained a distribution so it’s really just a waiting game at this point

this is so untrue. in fact it's the opposite... people have created accounts on here and douban JUST to give bad ratings. it was given a 7.6 douban rating. then the show's weibo account posted about it and suddenly there was an influx of bad ratings right after. you are complaining about the wrong thing here and sound bitter as fuck. the show's rating here is just fine .
