You're the one who has understanding problems with the language. You can't comprehend the meaning of the discussions...stop calling people to leave XK's fandoms. You lack of merit to do so, please!

Exactly...that's why i said what i said. To land with such roles in China (male lead dramas), your acting must be within a range of acting and XK at this point in time is not up there yet per say. I think it's better we leave it there so my comments won't be taken as negatives. All I want for him is to improve to the standards of the industry that he is performing in. That's why you see some negative comments in China of him.

It wasn't meant a comparison but an example. Wu Lei had started his acting since he was a child...yet there have been people who critisised him of being too tied which he was when he did for example, LLTG. He either went to an acting school or got private lessons to improve, don'tremember. This I meant examples not comparisons. There's nothing wrong if he did which i really hope he would.

XK has a stable base of fans in China that are sticking with him. If he were to improve his acting to more Chinese conventional ways, per say, his base would go much broader and so his dramas's genre. I guess, international fans like yourself can't see that 🙂. Doing very well in China makes a whole lot of difference because that's how an actor makes his money...with dramas, movies, brand events, sponsorships, etc.

It has affected financially because no dramas to be filmed as of yet, so he may have had lost work, a drama is worth more than $100k+ and it could be several folds of that..and also, lack of streaming brand events which are also $$$. That's common sense, my opinion only.

I certainly hope so.

An actor needing improvement is not a bad thing...Liu Yu Ning did it and he improved and got lots of offers. Constant learning should be one's goals. Not only an actor, but all of us. Wu Lei also did it. XK hasn't been to a Chinese acting school so learning the conventional acting in his own native country is a good thing to do. If he had time to do so, he should, especially, if that can help his career.

@KM0704, Why are you always trying to drive people away from Xu Kai? Are you in China to really know the situation of Xu Kai? I don't think you are...You always come across angry! Please!...His fans of course are concerned with his work and are anxious to see his dramas and wonder what is going on...rather than engaging with them, you just scold people trying to get them away. If you were a representative of XK, you're certainly doing a very bad job...if you're a real alaso of his trying to expand his base, you're doing really the opposite. You're always negative trying to get his fans moving away. If you're not having really something to contribute, I'd think you probably do much better with shut up... also, why do you always down play XK? He's a traffic idol actor in China and quite popular, not a small traffic one, please get to know better the facts before saying those things. In fact Xu Kai is the #1 actor born on or after 1995 that has gathered more viewership as of today in Yunhe, etc, and that's in the billions! (I don't remember the number now) He's no small potato in China like you're trying to depict him. People are just fans of his not requiring of special characteristics like you're trying to get people away...how dare you're requiring so??

Unfortunately, it looks like all these defamation scams that the bad people did to Xu Kai had somewhat suceeded as it had surely caused him quite a bit of financial damages. He has not slowed down ever since he started in 2018. I hope he will turn this break to his advantages, plenty of rest, relaxing, to replenish his energy and to take some private acting lessons to improve his; just like what liu yu ning did. This way, he could improve to have a more Chinese conventional acting. The reason being is necause some chinese critics like AvenueX and others alike who are against his way of acting can shut up. This has been in my opinion an impediment for his career to take off to a higher height. Hopefully, he'll come out stronger at the end of this calm break!

YuZheng doesn't like Deng Wei so it's hard to think he can be the replacement.

That turned out to be a false rumor and it was taken out.

So MZY is the son of the prior Lord Cat. He wanted to pass his position onto his son before he died through a lantern. Fate had its thing and when MZY and WZ met when they were children, they exchanged their lanterns so WZ got the token to succeed the Cat Lord. In the meantime, MZY learned the skills from his master and became a celestial master whose skills can kill or suppress all demons. In order to save WZ, he absorbed her demon onto himself i.e he sacrificed for her. So, now, WZ has the power of a full demon without the demon in her anymore. WZ also was able to kill the demon in MYZ with MYZ's own sword by striking the sword in his body. MZY didn't die though, because he was saved with the plant from the plant demon. So, when MYZ awoke after a few months, he was half demon cuz of his father.
