I think Xu Kai is doing a great job in SAHPH currently airing drama.

The pairing I love most is with BaiLu-Xukai. The 2nd most is Cheng Xiao and Xu Kai

No, it was dubbed. She and Her Perfect Husband was the first drama that Xu Kai did his own dubbing because of some Chinese requirement that got into effect. Anybody else who wants to be dubbed by someone else would need to pay for it. Xu Kai had to improve his mandarin because he is cantonese by birth, so up until this drama he had been dubbed, but probably by the same actor in all of his previous dramas.

I'm not accusing you of lying but just stating the fact that it can not be true, i.e. your information is not correct, that is all. Go ahead and watch "The Legends" on VIKI (a different version of the drama), I can't remember it might have one or two episodes shorter, and there were lots of other details added. Watch that, and you'll see what a difference they were. What has killed on the version that's on youtube is its editing and lots of repetitions. However, it wasn't added. Chinese dramas are statics, once they were filmed, they go through the Production and in no way like you've mentioned, a drama can be appended some other 2 episodes or more.

Remember that year, Bai Lu had a very difficult time and so his co-star Luo something (forgot his name) in Sweet Love or whatever that drama they filmed together, Luo X consoled her; Xu Kai in turn, got very drunk. That can't be true. No Chinese dramas can be added on the fly as they need post-production. Moreover, especially with the Legends, they needed someone to dub for example Xukai's talking, among others. There are however 2 versions of Legends, you must watch the one from VIKI as this is is done very well in order (CD version), vs. the version from Youtube where it has jumps here and there and some of the scenes are missing so watchers are left in the dark. Having said that, The Legends has reached to #1 for a few days like during its airing for a few episodes 7-13 or so in China, and then it dropped. I no longer can find this latter information. They are @zieaaera. That's why they're also doing lots of movies and are very popular in China and in Asia. I sincerely hope Xu Kai will become at their level soon :)

I too want Xu Kai and Bai Lu can go back together again. Bai Lu had such a great influence in Xu Kai (Watching the BTS when they acted together, you can genuinely see how happy and care free was Xu Kai in them). It'll be great to see them in both dramas and real life together, because they looked very happy together.

I do agree with @Red Girl. I've been a big fan of Xu Kai and have been supporting him since Yanxi Palace...I've watched all of his dramas all these years where he was a ML, from Yanxi to Lost in Kunlun. He needs to relax more in his actings. He is quite good in acting but not to the 'very good' stage yet. There were scenes like what Red Girl had mentioned where his emotions & facial expressions needed work. Examples: some of the emotions at his father dying, or grandfather dying, etc. He needs to relax more in acting, as well as when he's in Live Streams. It could be because he hasn't taken acting classes...I too wish that he could have a drama that will take him to the *Top* like Xia Zhang, Wang Yibo, and the likes. He definitely has the looks!

It'll start airing on October 13th at 6:00 pm, not prime time; and not on Satellite TV. So does it mean Tencent is loosing money with this drama? Yang Mi drama not on prime time....I feel bad for Xu Kai.

I think that is how the author (Jin Rong) wrote. HF will marry MRF's daughter.
