There's love, loyalty, betrayal, hate, everything. It's about family relationship, business relationship, patriotism, problems with China in that time 1920 with Japan. Stories of heroes (like the son giving up his father's heirs of business, instead trying to be a medical doctor to save chinese people's lifes, the father giving up everything he has for standing up for their own country). It's an excellent story worth of watching! The turning point is episode 23, so good!
She's fined by the Chinese Government for advertising some candy made from pressing fruits and vegetables with false claims. The fine was $ $1.08M USD or $7.22M Chinese Yuan. She got $1.0+M Yuan for doing the ad. It cost her dearly. Sorry for her. Hopefully, she can make up all that money as she's approaching to 34 years of age.
Same, I'm very afraid, This issue won't be terminate the drama right?
She was fined because she was endorsing some type of candy and making illegal claims about the product. The fine was $1.08M USD or $722M Chinese Yuan. Very unfortunate for her...China handles steep fines to their entertainment actors/actresses!
This drama was good! sibling and family relationships. Very similar to the drama called "All is well" if I remember its title correctly 2 years ago or so. This drama made me cry a lot. The only bad thing the producer did was to have an actor who does the son of Er Qian's Shi-fu look a lot older than Er Qian's himself! LOL
Wait.. Yang Hua is a lawyer too? I thought only Qin Shi was. The tags could be wrong maybe?
That's what I think too, Yang Hua was also a lawyer. In fact, I thought he went for a job interview and got rejected and Qin Shi was consoling him in one of those bts.
Royal Feast is finally on US Youtube with good English sub. I'll rewatch to fill in the gaps where I didn't understand. Suggest all of you who needed translation do the same :). Yay!
Wow, how come the ratings has gone down so much. I think it's a good drama, but it does need translation. It's based on historic events. I like the drama. Only 4 more episodes to go.
Me too! I want to see them as a CP. I believer they had a real romance, and Xu Kai really was in love with Bai…
That's what he was supposed to say to calm down his fans. But if you look at all of his bts that he has had, he never kissed and hugged his co-stars as he did with Bai-Lu; nor BaiLu did the same thing with his co-stars other than with Xu Kai's.
Just finished watching episodes 33, 34, and 35 after a frustrating episode 32. These were the best episodes so far (33, 34, 35). The leads are finally free of misunderstanding and enjoying each companies. Finally, the script has given us sweet moments. Can't wait for the final 5 episodes, sad to see the drama ends; but hopefully they'll be as good or even better. Xu Kai was so handsome!
Yup, the drama got changed to 宁安如梦 and per comments in there, it's going to be Bai Lu and Vincent Zhang (I think that's his name). Too bad, I wanted it to be Xu Kai and Bai Lu like a clip in Youtube had mentioned that it could be.
