Most of Southeast Asian countries ( Thailand, Malaysia, philippines, Singapore etc) and India . Those are some of the regions . I might've missed some. But what I can confirm is it's not on Netflix USA or europe
Seo in guk yes. The plot is a bit weird but I'll trust seo in guk's choices. His projects had been pretty diverse and interesting so i'll definitely check this one out as well.
Ha Joon's char liked Ga Jun because of his niece and In Youp's char bullied Si A's brother sooo... (ISTG if I…
This. I have two lil bros and there's no way I will date or get attracted to someone who used to bully them. I am glad Shi-A specifically emphasized this
I watched this in the year of its release and actually thought the ending was great as it was . The only thing that could've made it better is seeing the two male leads meeting each other. After all that they went through together, a nice long hug will be great.
I remember reading tht this is a kbs's special project to commemorate gwangju uprising , which explains the May release , the anniversary month of the uprising.
I dont think they'll be dumb to distort the political and historical setting . We are talking about KBS here, a government funded television.
Even the characters' names are fictional. They also appear to be just normal students. Only the backdrop is based on real historical event.
So yeah. Lets hope the writer and producer knew what they were doing and this end ups airing safely without controversy . I've been waiting for this since last yearrrrr
Ahhhh finally it's tonight. I am currently not watching any ongoing drama bcs I plan to commit 100% of my emotions to this lmao.
Kingdom and The guest are one of my all time favs horror thriller series and this one seems to be the combination of both. The Joseon backdrop just elevates it to a whole another level.
I watched this last year when it was airing so my memory might have failed me but as far as I can remember , there was none. There were a lot of crying and angry scenes tho haha
I am interested in watching the documentary/movie Gwangju Video: The Missing, but it seems yet to be released?? It appears that the supposed release date is last year but did they postpone it or something??
This has become my new fav drama! So heartwarming and full of comedies. I don’t mind the cliches. I also learned…
oh someone who actually watched Lee Do Hyun from running man instead of Hotel Del Luna. that was the case for me too haha. I started this drama for Kim Ha Neul and the family genre and ended up falling hard for Lee Do Hyun. Yes he's such an amazing actor.
There's nothing really stands out about the drama but the male lead is so charming and mature. Their chemistry is real good with just enough intensity despite the obvious age gap. The second half is lousy bcs of the FML actions but I still managed to finish this. I just fast forwarded her annoying scenes with his brother.
All in all, I believe the male lead is the reason why I loved this so much. He's so charming and captivating lmao. His character I mean haha. The female lead is cute altho sometimes a bit annoying. The actress itself is great. This drama is the kind of drama tht I wouldn't recommend to anyone bcs i know ppl will trash the heck of it but it hits the right spot for me personally. kind of my guilty pressure.
I actually don't see it when ppl are commenting tht Hye Young and Jojo didnt have chemistry. I think their chemistry was comparable to JoJo and SunOh in season 1. Both were just okay. Neither really stood out. In fact, for season 2, I actually found Jojo-Hye Young scenes to be one of the few things tht I truly enjoyed in this whole mess.
Not only the drama feels painfully slow with excessive dramatic slow mo moments, they butchered every single characters' motivation and development here. I cant relate to any of the characters bcs I wasnt able to understand them. The overall plot and conflicts were extremely dull and disjointed. I lost all my interest by episode 3 and only wanted to get it over with bcs it was such a waste of time.
I dont know is it because of the characters but the actings in here also feel underwhelming. They all looked awkward and bored.
I just finished watching 18 Again and I still can't believe how good he was
Yeah he was great in 18 again . The way I cry whenever he cries.
Hes's versatile too. I remember watching sweet home after completed 18 again and was a bit taken aback bcs of the contrasting vibe he was giving from his 18 again role as he plays the cold and manipulative character there.

I kinda want them to remake this with the same leads but with more polished backdrop matching the current climate.
