One of the most well-made horror/thriller series I've ever watched. The fact that it is full of heart and takes time to develop the main characters' relationship are what truly set apart this series from other generic horror dramas . Recommended !
this show should've been called "it's ok to be creepy with guys if you're pretty enough" when i started this i…
Count me in. I am in epi 2 and contemplating hard whether I should drop this. I was honestly shocked. I remember when it was airing , ppl were calling her queen etc etc so i was really excited to explore her character. This is the"Queen" behaviour tht ppl were hyping up??? Idk maybe she would change in later episodes but honestly I am not sure whether i want to continue.
Still remain one of my all time favourite revenge/political/melodrama/romance saeguks. Moon chae won was phenomenal here. Even better than in flower of evil.
ikr. I've actually only seen him in running man prior to 18 again . I was indifferent about him but i ended up…
His crying scenes are one of the best, imo. He has variety of styles and nuances in his crying scenes. Subtle, desperate crying and just straight up bawling. When he bawls tho, I cant help but crying alongside him. He bawls with so much pain. Thats why I am particularly excited for his upcoming project (melodrama + historical event backdrop -gwangju uprising).

Oh I actually watched prison playbook in the year it was released. I remember his character since he played the younger version of Jung Kyung Ho , but never registered it was him until I looked him up. But I did rewatch prison playbook recently (his part only) post 18 again just to confirm . He looked so young there
I tried Hotel Del Luna as well since I also like yeo jin goo as an actor , but I just cannot get into it. Maybe bcs it's not the kind of genre I would usually go for. I did however watch his cuts uploaded on tvN youtube channel so yeah I knew about his tragic fate, just not the story behind it haha. I would have to admit that even with those limited scenes, his chemistry with IU is so evident and undeniable.
Still stand as my all-time favorite revenge melodrama. The male lead was borderline psycho in the early episodes but Jisung played it with so much vulnerability that I just can't seem to hate him. And dont get me started on Hwang Jung Eum's acting. She was so good in this. I felt all the pain alongside her whenever she was crying. Tbh, their romance was pretty toxic but the leads had so much chemistry together tht they really made it work.
I rewatched this so many times already , despite it being pretty dark and frustrating. Thats how addicting it is.
Didnt expect that I would like it every much since it was an old movie. It wasn't much of a twist but still kept you on the edge of your seat . recommended!
I've been binge watching this since last night and gosh, I'm beyond hooked, I was quite apprehensive to watch…
ikr. I've actually only seen him in running man prior to 18 again . I was indifferent about him but i ended up developing a big fat crush on him post 18 again that I promised myself to watch all his upcoming projects without fail .He has such a charming screen presence . He's actually the reason why I decided to check out sweet home

The soundtracks and scores really did stand out for me. Interesting tht it was actually from the same team tht did both signal and stranger. i dont remembr soundtracks used in signal bcs i watched it long time ago but I did remember stranger's . The soundtracks and osts were crazyyy good.

yeah i am sorry but I didn't follow it closely to know how it was marketed or promoted as? I watched it months after it was completed bcs of my friend's suggestion. I'd already watched all those "pure" crime thriller series u mentioned so thank you for the suggestion. This drama also has "crime" and "mystery" tags , so I was just commenting on how well it translated and delivered from the lense of tht genre. I am sure there are gonna be a lot of ppl that are oblivious on what the drama actually marketed as.
overall, I genuinely enjoyed sm it I even rated it 8.5 :)
I read on Twitter that it'll air in early May (may 3 i think??)
yeah i also heard they purposely picked May for the broadcast to commemorate gwangju uprising that also happened in May. Ughh there are gonna be so much pain i can feel it but I am really excited ;)

I adore this drama for its relatability but I also ended up fast forwarding some of the
cliche slow motion sequences.
